Ankunft: 14:30 Uhr. Kein Schlüssel vorhanden. Wir mussten in der Hitze im Freien im Hof vor der Direktion warten, da man nach einem Schlüssel suchte. Wir wurden immer nach einem Code gefragt, wir hatten aber keinen Code. Wir hatten nur die Buchungsbestätigung von Ihnen. Um 15:50 Uhr erhielten wir dann den Schlüssel Nr. 7, so konnten wir zu unserem Zimmer!! Die ganze Art und Weise des Verhaltens uns gegenüber, nicht zu Empfehlen! Empfehle Ihnen Hotels, wie Sie es sein wollen, im Saarland zu besuchen. Es wäre eine gute Ausbildung für Sie und Ihr Personal! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Maximilian u. Maria Werding
