The hotel was satisfactory. Would do more research on my next visit to Wiesbaden. My son had stayed here while on deployment - reason for our staying here. Price of the room did not include breakfast. Acceptable location.
Zimmer ok und sehr clean. Aber! Bar people are only technical not very freundlich und sehr afstandig!! This is the bar with the most apatic people! Will never return to this hotel because of very unfriendly bar employees!!
I feel overcharged, $37.00 euro for breakfast for 2, $7.00 Euro for 2 coffees. Room ok but pillows suck. Houskeeping did not do a very good job either. Front desk did not seem very welcoming to foreign visitors and I felt we were not charged the same rates for amenities as the local (German) guests. Will try a different hotel in the same area the next time we visit.
Great hotel and outstanding breakfast! Friendly staff and great location. They only charge €20 for pet. The only bad thing about it is the parking. You can either pay to park at the hotel or park on the street. We will stay there again.
problem of electricity in the room - No lights , completely dark for 10' before maintenance came back. Proximity of the Auto ring so little bit noisy Diners menu list fine - Breakfast proposal was acceptable
We stay at the penta every year for our cheer competition. They were accommodating, and the junior suite was comfortable. We had 3 adults staying in a triple room and they were just as comfortable. I would give breakfast 5 stars. The crepes were amazing and there was lots of variety, more than typical European breakfasts that I have had during travels
The hotel lounge is integrated into the reception bar and restaurant with large TV screens for sport and also a pool table. Was great atmosphere when full! The staff from reception through to waiting are dressed casually. They still have the same zest for service they just look as if they work in a nightclub rather than hotel. All were polite and professional. The food was basic bar food but very large portions - the cheeseburger I could only eat half. Breakfast buffet was standard hot and cold buffet that you get In any other hotel. The lifts to the rooms were groovy and with nice lighting you felt you were in an aquarium with the fish patterned wall covering. Bedroom was basic but again along the lines of trying to be hip. Bathroom with walk-in shower was good. Nice and Powerful shower. The complimentary soap and body washes were again funky. Modern decor through out. Note in the air conditioning when in you can hear it. I switched mine off and could still hear air coming through! I was just about to huff and puff when it stopped all together. So if your the same as men - wait 5 minutes after switching off before getting stressed. Really good hotel only downside was the al la carte menu in bar was just that a bar menu
Spacious and clean room, giant and comfortable bed, big bathroom with beautilful italian shower. Sympathic staff, good restaurant with good cocktails (barman is fantastic!) I recommend, very well located.
The rooms are large clean and modern. The Lobby and restaurant area has a vibrant and American feel. The breakfast buffet is superb and meal/drink prices are very reasonable. The only down fall of the place is the dismally slow (dial in speed feel) free internet.
Rooms are neat and well organized. Be forewarned, the beds don't have sheets, just a comforter...a blanket may be in order if you sleep very hot. Amazing bathroom. No fridge in the normal rooms, however. Breakfast is to die for! I absolutely love it here, it surpasses even what I've had at luxury hotels. Haven't enjoyed the dinner yet but plan to. The bar and lounge are very popular, and the staff is very attentive to you even if you're not sitting at the bar Free internet is slow. But the paid internet is super fast.
