The hall and the restaurant are very nice and cozy areas. The personnel at the reception/bar is very nice. Some upgrade should be made to the rooms, which are comfortable and well equipped, but would be excellent if a little better maintained and/or upgraded.
The room was very spacious with a nice big bed, big shower, big bathroom, and stylish modern facilities. The lobby/bar area is also really cool with a nice pool room, plenty of comfy seating areas to chill out, and even a PlayStation set up for some gaming. Would've been nice to have more time to enjoy this part of the hotel. The parking. Frankly, it's a bit ridiculous. The car park was almost empty yet they charge €2 per hour or €17 overnight. I parked on the street which was free and very close to the hotel. Either the hotel should stop charging or charge at a much reduced rate. It seems pointless charging so much and having an empty car park. Allowing guests to park for free or for much less would add much more value to the hotel.
Hotel was I a great location near the highway and had a great restaurant. They even added a nice touch for the holiday season and gave out chocolate santa clauses. The bar was a great environment to sit down and have a social gathering after a long day of work.
I just completed a delightful weekend at the Pentahotel in Weisbaden, Germany. The amenities (Anatomicals) were great, the service was excellent and we will be back! My niece just was stationed in the army there, and I have a choice of any hotel when I visit her. I am coming back to Pentahotel!
I am staying in this hotel right now and being honest, this is one of the best hotels value vs price I stayed in. The pillows and blankets are natural down which feels super luxurious. The room is spacious. The heating fan was very loud but was fixed the same day when I noted the issue to the front desk. The room may feel a little chilly now but the blanket and super hot shower fix the issue right away. The staff if very attentive. The iron with the ironing board was delivered at request as well as a little fridge. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient the staff worked! The food..... it is amazing! I am having breakfast over here every morning. It is super fresh and fulfilling. Drink as much cappuccino with double espresso as you want! The dinner is superb! I had Rib Eye and Filet Mignon on several occasions and they tasted like heaven! Seriously, why would you want to go out when your hotel serves the best steak in town??? I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere and superb room and food service. Thank you!!!
Rooms have good space. Beds are confortable. Good location close to the highway. Restaurant and Bar are good even though paying 7 euros for a bottle of water is a bit too much. Towels are horribly old. Some with holes in them. Shower didnt work. Only bath tub
Stayed here a few times over the span of about 2 years so here is what the hotel could do to appeal more to your customers since I feel this is an area that needs the most improvement. 1st: Include the premium speed internet with the room and make it easier to use/login (the system currently in use is way too tedious). 2nd: Put fridges/microwaves in every room (this is pretty much a standard in every hotel, even in Europe - even adding one or the other would vastly improve the quality of life here; especially for people staying there for awhile. I know you have a few that can be brought up to the room but they are always gone or we ask for it and it never shows up. 3rd: I understand your a bar but your also a hotel and people yelling and shouting and slamming doors and banging on things and blasting their TVs with the doors open, etc, etc. should not be allowed; your walls and doors are super thin and the noise level late into the evening is disruptive to guests. 4th: Update the décor in the hotel area at least; the carpets are very worn, the decorations are dated (why do you have an aquarium theme inside the elevators?! It doesn't match anything else in the entire building...), the beds (while large) are very uncomfortable.
Great place, nice design with super helpful, kind personnel. Clean and new/maintained facilities. Would come back no doubt. Food in the bar/restaurant is great with generous portions. Very recommended.
Just arrived at Pentahotel at Wiesbaden near Frankfurt. Was looking forward to Junior Suite in a 4* hotel, having stayed in Penta previously. So disappointed. Room only 2-3 star standard. Not clean. Settee bed not made up ready for our daughter. No kettle. A fridge....with nothing in it! 3 people staying, 2 towels provided. Toilet constantly filling. Constant road noise. Miles from anywhere. No restaurants nearby. No coffee shops. Nothing. Awful. Oh, and breakfast not even included. An extra €13 per person. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Last Friday we went for drinks and dinner. I had 2 Mojitos and the Fish/Chips for a bill of 30 Euros. The mojitos were more like snow cones with no flavor. Each Mojito was 8 Euros. The fish was obviously very frozen. IT was so bland, no flavor. The service was slow....they acted like we were bothering them. We had to get up from our table and call them when we needed something. I will not go back.
