Last year we where in this hotel also. This time we came in de room and the bed for our doughter was not there. So we have to ask for it. I saw coffe drops all over (babybed, open cabinet). But shower is great. Breakfast is great.
My stay was pleasant for the most part. The staff was always nice. However, the hotel is not very kid friendly. What I mean is there is not much for children. I understand this is sometimes difficult. For US families that are traveling from the US to establish residency in the Wiesbaden area, an extended stay in your hotel is not very practical. When I made my reservation I had requested a small refrigerator and microwave however upon my arrival was informed they were not available. At no time during my 24 days was it ever offered so I assume you have none? For a short visit I think your hotel is fine. But not for extended stays.
Stayed in June and July 2017. Weird elevator, like u r in an aquarium. Rooms are clean, although they allow pets, which made me a bit suspect of whether only certain rooms are set aside for petowners, or pets have been in all the rooms.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I stayed for 2 weeks. The buffet breakfast is great, but expensive (17 Euros). The internet was not good. There is a nice bar and lounge area, but it is very dark. Parking is expensive. Some days I was able to find parking on the street. When I asked for a bottle of water, I was told that I was only allowed a battle of water on the first day.
great hotel great decore great breakfast great amenities great location. should put shower curtains in rest rooms and have better pillows. also maybe take american money in vending machines. oh and also wash cloths should be placed in rest rooms as well
really nice stay, room and lounge decored with style with exceptionnal value for money on a week end deal. we'd love to come back but there is a crappy internet connection! service was nice but not fantastic.
We stayed here because it was close to Hainerberg and had some friends stay there as they were moving in and out of Germany. The hotel is in a good location and is a 5 min walk to the Hainerberg gate which was nice. Otherwise, the room was kind of dingy and never really got cool with the ac. Breakfast was 13 Euro per person so we walked to the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center on Hainerberg and had the large breakfast special there for $6. Additionally, parking at the hotel was 15 Euro per night so we parked at the exchange. The hotel has free wifi but it is very slow and I would rate it at a 4 out of 10. Overall, I would rate the entire experience at 2.5 stars. The hotel is in need of some updating.
MeaT and interior are nice. Don't know about rooms. Service a Desaster. But the US steak is close to perfekt. Please improve service than you are fine. One hour is too long for a rare steak. Lots of Americans!
I really enjoy everything. Very professional! The location is good, easily reaching points of interest inside the city. The lobby looks user friendly and the quality of the personell is a great one. Overall it is a place where you really want to come back.
We stayed for one night. Good location if you have a car because it's not at the centre but very close by. I found the price of 65€ for the room but it's a pity that with breakfast it gets so expensive (about 104€). You can find lots of parking around the hotel but if the price was lower per day at the parking I wouldn't mind leaving te car there. It was almost empty so that maybe explains why.
