We left the hotel and drove around because I thought we were at the wrong entrance. Nope. You really do check in at the bar. The first room they gave us wouldn’t work as a triple even though that’s what we booked. And the “Restaurant” was not the same as in the Photos. It was also in the bar. They didn’t mention that parking is 17 Euro extra probably because we could park on the dark street. We won’t use this hotel again.
Always worth the stay, only thing is parking and breakfast are additional and are not cheap... There is plenty of on street parking in the vicinity. A good overall impression I would stay there again.
Had a great stay at your hotel. The room, service, bar, breakfast were all outstanding and look forward to my next stay. One recommendation would be to clear a few parking spaces on Abraham Lincoln Strasse as was difficult to clear traffic while exiting your property. Perhaps offer a hotel rate with breakfast and parking to avoid some the congestion at the driveway to your hotel.
The hotel is in a really excellent location for me, just off of the autobahn and has an attractive atmosphere topped with a good bar and great Pizza all work for me! The rooms are always spotless and the courtesy water is a life saver at 2a.m.
The room was very large with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs sitting room. PS4 for the kids and plenty of space. There was a party in the adjoining room so not a great sleep, but overall a very nice hotel.
It was my first stay at a Penta Hotel. As from the check-in I felt warmly welcome and I immediately liked the open, modern style of the Penta Lounge. My room was well equipped in modern, attractive style. The breakfast is excellent!
The bed had hairs in it! I looked in the sheets and there were small black hairs from another guest. That grossed me out. But besides that I had a good stay, the hotel has modern designs and a good breakfast.
The hotel looks very nice. The rooms have big beds and pretty modern furniture. The bar and the restaurant are modern too and are almost always crowded. They also have one pool table in the lobby. The bad part is the location. The hotel is far from everything. Nothing to do in the area.
The hall and the restaurant are very nice and cozy areas. The personnel at the reception/bar is very nice. Some upgrade should be made to the rooms, which are comfortable and well equipped, but would be excellent if a little better maintained and/or upgraded.
The room was very spacious with a nice big bed, big shower, big bathroom, and stylish modern facilities. The lobby/bar area is also really cool with a nice pool room, plenty of comfy seating areas to chill out, and even a PlayStation set up for some gaming. Would've been nice to have more time to enjoy this part of the hotel. The parking. Frankly, it's a bit ridiculous. The car park was almost empty yet they charge €2 per hour or €17 overnight. I parked on the street which was free and very close to the hotel. Either the hotel should stop charging or charge at a much reduced rate. It seems pointless charging so much and having an empty car park. Allowing guests to park for free or for much less would add much more value to the hotel.
