Two comfortable holiday apartments in a thatched house on a 1,200 sqm shared property. Wieck - a state-approved resort - is located directly on the shore of the Bodstedter Bodden, not far from the Baltic Sea beach in the south of the Darss peninsula. In recent years, Wieck has become an insider tip for those seeking relaxation who want to spend their holidays in this beautiful landscape away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, but also want to reach the lively beaches quickly. Highlights include: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning Activities nearby : Possibility of fishing in the bay and on the coast. Wieck is also the home port of some of the Zees boats, which have been lovingly and enthusiastically restored and maintained. Round trips on one of the traditional boats with the brown sails are possible from May to October - a really impressive holiday experience.

Wir haben aufgrund des Schimmelgeruchs nur eine Nacht in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Auf Nachfrage (Vermieter nur telefonisch erreichbar) wurde uns gesagt, dass die eigentlich nicht sein könnte, da die Wohnung wohl ununterbrochen vermietet wird. Gegenargumente: Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach waren ausgeschaltet - bewerten Sie selbst... Tatsache: unter der Spüle ist die halbe Wand verschlimmelt. Vor der Wohnung ein Berg von Laub, was jetzt nicht weiter schlimm ist/war, aber der Gesamteindruck leidet. Wir haben dann mit der Agentur Kontakt aufegommen, Rückmeldung steht leider seit ca. 10 Tagen aus...

Bescheiden ausgestattete Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Lage der FeWo in Wi3eck a. Darß ist sehr gut. Ziemlich zentral auf dem Darß ist Vieles mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Ruhige Ortsrandlage, nahe am Marktplatz und der Wiecker Arche. Die Wohnung ist sehr bescheiden. Im Bad gibt es keinen einzigen Haken, keine Stange zum aufhängen feuchter Handtücher. In der Küche und dem Wohnbereich gibt es keinen Tisch, an dem man essen könnte, nur ein tief abgesenkter Couchtisch. Bei Regen haben wir den Terrassentisch + Stühle in den Wohnraum gestellt, der damit aber sehr voll war. Im Geschirrschrank gibt es etwa 10 verschiedene Gläser. Die Arbeitsfläche der Küchenzeile ist minimal. Die FeWo ist sehr hellhörig. Das Geschehen in der Nachbarwohnung war nicht zu überhören. Die benachbarte FeWo war dauerhaft an einen Kellner vermietet. Seine nächtlichen Aktivitäten mit seinen Partnerinnen raubten uns manche ruhige Stunde tief in der Nacht.

Das Bad war leider sehr schmutzig ! Es befanden sich alte schwarze Seifenreste im Duschbecken ! Eine Zumutung Zumutung. .Kein Haken zum Duschbecken lief nicht ab

die Einrichtung der Wohnung war gut die Bettwäsche hatte defekte Reißverschlüsse und das Laken Löcher - wir habens mit Humor genommen die Gartenanlage war ungepflegt trotzdem haben wir dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, würden aber nicht wieder dorthin fahren
