This house offers great convenience with easy access to US-400. It's just an added bonus that this house has a pool!

The entire home is yours to enjoy with all the comforts of home provided. Enter the home through the large covered wrap around porch. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning!

Bedrooms:

All three beds are on the second level of the home (You will have to climb a flight of stairs to access them). They're equipped with comfortable mattresses, cozy comforters, soft sheets, and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. Each bedroom includes closets and hangers so you can unpack during your stay.

*Pack n Play available in the primary bedroom

Kitchen & Laundry:

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, dishwasher and oven with electric range. We always make sure there is coffee, tea and condiments for them stocked for your convenience. If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided a washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.

Living Area:

There is a smart TV with Roku access. We have also provided games to play and books to read during your stay!

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

With a foosball table, hook & ring, and darts, this is the perfect space to gather with family and friends!

Bathrooms:

We have two bathrooms fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel will be found in a dispenser in the showers. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.

Outdoors:

Off the living room there's a sunroom leading to a fenced in backyard and an underground pool waiting for you to enjoy.

In the sunroom, there is a home gym with everything you need! A treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, dumbbells, yoga mats, and more are just what you need to get a workout in on the road.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

We don’t access the pool because our time there didn’t allow it. The house was great for our family retreat and had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 3 kids.

The house and pool were in very good shape, and we greatly appreciated the floaties and extra towels for the pool.The area around the pool could have been kept up a little better and detracted from how lovely the backyard area could have been.Although there was no parking for the property, we had no trouble getting street parking for all of our vehicles for our girls' trip.We definitely would stay here again.

Its a cute house, it was spotlessly clean. Because of my age, the stairs were a little scary. But beds were good, quite neighborhood. Not alot of parking, no driveway. Too cold to use pool. But enjoyed our stayKathy

Thanksgiving Family Visit

The home was immaculate! Location easy to get to. Lots of added amenities. Only issue was the highway is close and you can hear it at night when trying to sleep - but I am a bit of a light sleeper. Mattresses appeared new. Decor was tasteful. Stairs have the features of an older home; quaint but a little steep. I would stay here again.

Great time and felt like home

This property is absolutely spectacular. The property is not only beautiful but has everything and MORE than you and your people could need. The owners have thought of everything when stocking the property for guests….plenty of beach towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, and bug spray. Please don’t forget the complimentary snacks and wine from loacal winery. Plenty of books to choose from to relax with while around the pool or lounging inside and if you happened to forget any toiletries, they have a basket of extras for guests. The house also has super comfy beds. The pool was a wonderful bonus and the owners has a variety of pool floats for visitor to use. This property is a must stay if you are in Wichita! The owners were extremely responsive to messages before, during and after the stay! We definitely will stay again when in Wichita!
