Tucked away within a quiet and gated subdivision, Summit Escape is an impressive, three-story, four-bedroom vacation rental boasting beautiful interior decor, comfortable furnishings, and high-end amenities that are sure to delight everyone in your group! Visiting chefs are sure to feel right at home in the exquisite, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven and a Jenn-Air gas cooktop. Meals can be enjoyed at the attached breakfast bar, the dining table with room for 10, our al fresco out on the furnished, main-level deck. The living area includes a dramatic wood-burning fireplace, soaring ceilings, and a wall of windows welcoming in breathtaking golf course, valley, and mountain views. On the lower level of this home, shoot some pool in the game room that also includes a gas fireplace and a convenient kitchenette with a countertop pizza oven! And up in the loft, you'll find a quiet reading space with a desk and chair all ready for remote work or schooling. When it's time to call it a night, this home offers four cozy bedrooms spread out over all three floors, all of which have en suite baths.

This home is just 10 miles from downtown Cherokee and Bryson City, and a short distance from Great Smoky Mountain National Park. In Cherokee, you'll find a number of attractions including Harrah's Casino, museums, restaurants, and the world-famous 'Unto These Hills' theatrical presentation held in the newly renovated, 2,100-seat, Mountainside Theatre. Bryson City is home to the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad and tubing on Deep Creek. And for even more fun on the water, take a 20 mile drive to Fontana Lake where you can rent a pontoon for the day, or head to the Nantahala Outdoor Center, only 28 miles away, for whitewater rafting and kayaking.
