4 bedroom, 3 level villa with breathtaking west facing water views. Just up the hill from the Yacht Club, it is an ideal location for your Hamilton Island holiday. 4 bedrooms on the middle level with the open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the upper level. This is also where the glorious balcony is located. It will be hard to tear yourself away from this area with the comfy outdoor furniture and bbq. Sit back and take in the magnificent sunsets from this large balcony!
Including 1x 4-seater buggy.

Please note, there is a compulsory buggy insurance of $15 per day that will need to be paid directly to the booking agent prior to your arrival
