Traveled with family
Location is the very good, very nice ocean view. Complimentary of free buggy makes a lot of difference of the stay, we enjoyed driving the buggy around for shopping and sightseeing. However, a few things made the stay inconvenient. First, just after checking in on Saturday, we found out the dishwasher not working and very dirty with rubbish everywhere inside. After contacting the manager, we were told that the technician will not come until Monday. It was okay for us because we were not going to use it anyway after seeing the dirty condition. The technician came on Monday, advised that we need to push a button inside the machine to start, I think they should tell us earlier. Obviously, the cleaner did not check the dishwasher after customer checked out. Secondly, the ignition switch of the cooktop is broken, we need someone to help to find out where the ignition gun is , again it should be informed the situation before we rang. Third , the TV was not working. Overall, the facilities were outdated , some of them need to be looked at and replaced. Communication were good, they tried their best to duel with the problems . But if they can fixed the problems beforehand, will be much better.
