Everything was great at the hotel. My only complain was I was expecting a sofa bed or at least a sofa in the “living room area” but it was only 2 chairs
I liked the breakfast set up
When we got to the room tit had obviously not been vacuumed. There was a chapstick & some rubber debris all over the floor. The rugs were so dirty out daughter’s pink socks were black on the bottom after only an hour. The beds are on platforms & have 3 dangerous metal pieces sticking out on both sides of both beds. I was afraid for my children’s safety. The toilet was stained & ran all night. Our window wouldn’t lock & didn’t have a screen & we were on the first floor. Staff was very nice but the place is a dump.
The property is old and needs to be updated. Old furniture, old carpet old bathroom facilities.
Pillows had pee stains on them (looks like they tried hiding them with the pillow covers) and there were mystery stains on the sheets, carpet, and bathroom floor. Bathroom door did not latch closed and the fact the room was so close to the lobby allowed for loud echos of others speaking all night long.
Building could use some updating.
The property was just mediocre. The ice machine never worked. However the cleaning staff on my floor was exceptional.
Nothing our room was horrible and i want a refund.

The suite was wayyyy bigger than expected from website pictures. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Plenty of sitting space in front area.
