Unwind at this lovely 4 BR, 1 BA home located less than 15 minutes from Whitesburg and 20 minutes from Hazard!
This spacious, ranch style home is perfect for a large group. There are a total of four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds. Three bedrooms are down a hallway and the fourth is on the opposite end of the house and opens up to the outdoor patio. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need to cook your own meals and the laundry room is just off the kitchen. There is a small fire pit and charcoal grill that guests may enjoy. There is a large fenced yard and the driveway will park up to 4 cars or two trucks with trailers.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street in the Isom community on route 7. Very easy to get to, plenty of parking, great neighbors and great location!
