This private modern villa, located in Whitehouse Westmoreland, at the pristine south coast of Jamaica is complimented by 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea by means of a picturesque 60 min drive through the hills from Montego Bay, 45 min from Negril and close to many south coast attractions including Black River, YS Falls, & Pelican Bar. Villa 99 is a waterfront villa, with direct access to the warm Caribbean water, it is located within a newly built secured private gated community. Ideal for family, friends, romantic getaways and the creation of a priceless experience.

The Escape villa boasts an open floor plan concept. A warm, inviting, opulently equipped kitchen flows into the dining area with dual access to the living room, both having outdoor views and access. With Jamaican-made hardwood furnishings, the Escape villa captures an authentic Island vibe in this sheik, clean, modern home. Comfortable accommodating 2-6 guests, with three spacious bedrooms all facing west overlooking the water, designed to capture the most breathe taking sunsets. Each accompanying bathroom, is dressed in porcelain tiles from floor to ceiling. The second floor hosts the master bedroom, and its well-appointed master suite and walk-in closet, along with a 400+ sq. feet balcony facing the Caribbean Sea. The other bedroom on this floor also have private balcony with glass enclosed railings. The bedroom on the first floor carries an oversized window with similar Caribbean Sea views. The private infinity pool, equipped with an outdoor shower and an outdoor living space, open to the indoor living room and welcomes you outdoor to bask in the Jamaica sun.
