The "Houston" House is a newly restored historic home located in the heart of downtown Whitefish and minutes from Big Mountain Ski Resort. The restoration project has been featured in the Daily Interlake and Whitefish Pilot. The home is located on Central Avenue and steps away from the restaurants and shops in downtown Whitefish and a mere block from Baker Park and the Whitefish River Trail System. Free Snow Bus shuttles to Big Mountain ski resort. The home was named after Dr. Houston who was the first town doctor and he lived in the house with his family in 1905. The town hospital was immediately behind the house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
