This is my 3rd vrbo/abnb stay. My comparatives are limited - but we travel with my daughters team and I guess I’m booking the best hosts because everything was great, while all our teammates had something to complain about at their vrbo/abnb, we simply had a great trip with all the small things taken care of, e.g. good coffee, good beds, enough towels so I now know the importance and value of a great host, which we had, and will continue to book.

We asked if we could check in early and they couldn't promise anything as they had other guest but said they would let us know the day of and it worked out. communication with the Host was excellent. each time I had a question I would hear back ASAP! I would definitely come back and recommend this place to any one! I give it a 5 Star plus!

This place is spotless! The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to from the highway. Easy to get down to the pier and waterfront. The patio is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I would highly recommend this place. There were four of us, We were heading to Zeballous to go fishing. We stayed one night going up and one night on the way back.
