This lovely beach front villa is nestled in the quiet community of Whitby, which is located on the Green Island of North Caicos a scenic 25-minute ferry ride from Providenciales.
Pelican Beach Villa 1 has 3 bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom. The living room looks out onto a fully furnished deck which has a pool facing the beautiful Pelican Beach. This villa has a large fully stocked kitchen with a family size dining table and spacious island with bar stools. PBV is ideal for a couple, couples, and small family who are looking to get away from it all.
Guests will have access to an adjoining deck shared with Pelican Beach Villa 2 which has seating and stairs leading down to the beach, great for your morning coffee and watching the evening sunset.
North Caicos is known for its peaceful nature, you will find mile long beaches with no one but you and the waves. PBV 1 is conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurant further in town you will find more grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and gas stations.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Perfect Family Getaway

I can’t say enough about our trip to North Caicos and this particular villa. First of all, the management company really takes care of you. They reached out to us months in advance to arrange for airport transport and provisioning. When we missed our ferry they arranged for a private charter and saved the day!The villa itself is stunning - we felt like we were looking out at a postcard every day. The location is central. The beach is rocky but you can easily walk to a sandy beach. Would stay here again!

So private and easy

This is a beautiful home right on the water with a small private beach. On our first day, we saw one person on a jet ski around 5 PM. We spent all day on the beach. The barracuda beach bar can be walked to from the beach in about five minutes or you can drive to it and about three. In the early morning and at dusk, you definitely will experience mosquitoes and what they call sand fleas or biting midges bring off deep woods if you want to be out during those hours but honestly after a long day on the beach or driving to middle Kos and seeing the amazing beaches there we didn’t stay up much past sundown anyway. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend.

Perfect For Us

We had an amazing time at this property, and in North Caicos in general. It all started with our property manager, Shahida, she was thorough, timely, and her customer service orientation was second to none. The photos of the property are true to our experience. The house is beautiful, and the views are amazing. North Caicos is perfect for those who prefer to get away and have that, "Peaceful Easy Feeling." If you prefer many dining options and nightlife, stay in Provo.
