Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The apartment door is hard to open, the hair dryer is dusty. The worst is there have to pay for the damage protection fee after you made the booking. It’s non-refundable apartment that means we have no choice & have to pay for it. They should list out what we should pay in advance not after booking.
