2nd visit with the same friends close to town very comfortable

This is our second visit to this property & it did not disappoint The whole house is excellent comfortable furnishings extremely well presented & a very well stocked kitchen of cutlery glasses plates pans etc with a nice welcome pack of basic necessities

Lovely property in a great location. Very warm and comfortable.

Property was spacious, comfortable and warm. Location was ideal, with local attractions, shops, restaurants and great walks very close by. Kitchen was well equipped. Second sitting room was great for teenagers. WIFI excellent. Some minor maintenance needed, e.g. dishwasher rack, smell in one bathroom, and refreshing of the chipped/mis-matched crockery and glasses. Providing tea towels in the kitchen and an extra bin bag or two would be helpful.

Great house, great location

Great location. House was ideal and contributed to having a great holiday. Rooms were a great size and although we didn’t cook kitchen was well equipped. Beds were wonderful. There was a crab bucket and old bait left in the cupboard off the dining room which meant that room was completely unusable until we found the said item and aired the room.

Lovely house, perfect for our family of 10 to celebrate an 80th birthday.

House was clean and cosy but also very spacious - didn't feel like there was 10 people there. Good location although a bit of a slippy experience getting down to the town with the icy conditions but just added to the fun. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House!

Plenty of room for our party of 10. Only 5-10 minutes walk into Whitby centre. Perhaps more of a mention that there are a good few steps to access the house, both front and back (not a big problem for us) and although Whitby centre is very close there was a steep hill to negotiate, a slight problem for us but we managed. Both the steps and the hill would have an impact on the elderly and disabled.

Lovely house great location

Very large property. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding. Some bathrooms/en-suite need updating. The plumbing was quite noisy at times.

Great location, great facilities

Location was excellent and having off road parking was a real bonus. Liked it so much we have already booked it for next year An extra set of front door keys. Because we were a group of friends and not all going to the same event and were coming back at different times, we really could have done with another set at least.
