Our stay was good but it would’ve been nice to know the hotel was undergoing construction. We drove up to scaffolding and tarps. The workers we doing macenary work outside which affected us using the outdoor hot tub. I room upgrade would have been nice for the inconvenience.

Was quite happy with the studio room. The only issue was the breakfast. The restaurant does not serve breakfast until 10 AM. There is room service available, but the options were limited for those with dietary restrictions. I found a restaurant in Whistler Village that was open at 8 AM for breakfast and was a better option. Other than that, the staff were great and I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside during the winter and loved the location; just steps from the chair lift and gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made things easy for our family. The room had a full kitchen and fridge, which was great for preparing meals. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough for me, my children, and my brother. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant and gear store right in the hotel, which added extra convenience. On-site parking is available and priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again in the winter. However, I didn’t enjoy the summer experience as much due to dust and construction in the competitive biking park, which affected the mountain views. Overall, a great spot for a winter family getaway!
