Amplia casa adosada a poca distancia de remontes y senderos

Esta hermosa casa adosada ha sido decorada profesionalmente en un verdadero estilo de silbato. Hay equipos deportivos alpinos de época que cuelgan de las paredes y grandes columnas y vigas de madera que le dan a este retiro una sensación de montaña. Además de eso hay una chimenea y un bar de leña de roca de río. Wintergreen está a 10 minutos a pie de los remontes de Blackcomb en Upper Village. Las actividades de verano también están a la vuelta de la esquina con el sendero hacia Lost Lake Loop y Valley Trail al otro lado de la calle. También a su disposición hay canchas de tenis al lado de la propiedad.

Al entrar hay una sala de barro con muchos ganchos, estantes y un armario para su equipo de invierno. Subiendo las escaleras, te reciben con altos techos abovedados en la sala de estar que tiene una cómoda sección frente a la chimenea. Este es un gran lugar para hacer fuego y simplemente relajarse después de un día de esquí. Alternativamente, puede simplemente introducir un DVD en el reproductor o ver Netflix en la nueva pantalla grande SMART SAMSUNG TV. Wifi gratuito también está incluido. Al otro lado hay una mesa de comedor para 6 personas con asientos adicionales en el bar para 3. La cocina hará las delicias de cualquier cocinero con sus encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de alta gama como la nevera Sub Zero. Está completamente abastecido con muchas ollas y sartenes, cristalería, vajilla y utensilios. Al otro lado de la cocina hay una lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. Además, hay una habitación que tiene una cama queen y un nuevo Smart Samsung TV. El baño en este piso cuenta con piedra natural, pisos con calefacción y una combinación de bañera y ducha. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un patio para disfrutar del aire fresco de la montaña.

En el tercer piso se encuentra el dormitorio principal también con un nuevo Smart Samsung TV. Frente a la cama queen hay grandes ventanales que dan a la sala de estar debajo y dejan entrar mucha luz. Al final del pasillo hay otra habitación que tiene dos camas individuales, un televisor y un pequeño patio. Hay un baño común con ducha grande y suelo radiante.

Hay un espacio de estacionamiento subterráneo designado incluido, así como estacionamiento para invitados. Desafortunadamente, tenemos una política de NO PET. También hay NO FUMADORES EN EL INTERIOR.

Nice & comfortable 3BR, 2BA condo perfect for our family of 6. The Villa Wintergreen unit is well-equipped for a larger group to cook and eat and relax together. There is garage parking for two vehicles. The Benchland / Upper Village bus stop (bus #5 in 2026) going to the Village is right outside the complex and the return stop is right by the Fairmont with a short walk back to the unit. It’s a quick & convenient ride to & from the Whistler Blackcomb village & lifts.We very much enjoyed our stay; thank you, Angie!

Family visit to Whistler

The unit is in a great location close to Upper Village. Unit is very nice and spacious with very comfortable beds. Communication with owners was very fast and helpful. Free shuttle right outside the door.

Great home that checks off all of our boxes. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen area is great for hosting. Lots of washrooms/showers for ease of getting ready. Walking distance to Village centre. Would highly recommend.

Winter holiday

This lovely condominium was very clean, warm and welcoming. Decorated like a ski chalet the furniture was very comfortable and easily accommodated the four of us. Only a 10 min walk to the ski lift accommodated the skiers in our party while an additional 15 min to the lower village was easily manageable for the rest of us. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Clean, nice quiet neighborhood. 5 min walking distance to Whistler Chateau. Underground parking. A little walking distance to the front door. Stairs to main floor and 2 bedrooms and and a shower upstairs. Main floor has a bathroom with a tub. Everything very tastefully decorated. Upstairs bedroom with options for 4 single beds with very soft mattresses and second bedroom with one queen bed.

The location was good and the ski slopes were easily accessible. The property was comfortable but needs some work. The lower bathroom has mildew and what looks like rust stains in the tub. One of the range burners did not work and the extractor fan over the range did not work very well. The upper bathroom ran out of hot water one night. The property has a washer and dryer but the washer is difficult to load because you cannot open the lid completely as the dryer is in the way. The dryer dial is difficult to understand. The unit is an upper unit and you have to drag your suitcases up several flights of stairs. All in all, the condo was clean and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Beautiful and Convenient Property

Beautiful townhouse, excellent location - convenient to the Village/MarketPlace and easily walkable, including to lifts and gondolas. Beautiful vistas from the townhouse. House very clean, and well-appointed. Held the 7 of us nicely, although our daughter, 19 year old grandsons & our son found the upstairs beds, uncomfortable, saggy and 1 grandson ended up sleeping on the sofa. Except for those beds, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. I do want to mention a couple of maintenance issues that may already have been addressed: On day 1, I did notify the owner that the upstairs wall railing wasn't reliably attached to the wall, and a grandson fell when trying to grasp it. Next, the toilet seat in the Master Suite was not firmly attached: my husband fell off it once when he twisted a bit, and another time it fell off in the middle of the night and I had to reattach it. Also, I would suggest soap dishes on bathroom vanities, more than 3 dish towels, and a dish cloth.

Grote vakantiewoning, luxe maar iets gedateerd ingericht. Mooie en comfortabele badkamers. Locatie op loopafstand van centrum, gelegen in mooie omgeving. Woning wat donker, 1 slaapkamer heeft ramen die openen op de vide en daardoor in de zomer nogal warm.

Whistler Vacation

Wintergreen property was lovely! Spacious and clean. Good beds, well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Underground parking was a bonus, included with rental. Short distance to village and near shuttle access. Quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
