Ablac House - Tranquil Bushland Getaway
This welcoming house presents guests with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a tranquil bushland getaway. The contemporary hideaway is situated in a peaceful location amongst the gum trees. A modern two-bedroom abode enables you to get away as a small group of friends or as a family and really appreciate your time away. Make the most of the spacious decking area and create a BBQ feast or simply sit back with a drink and listen to the sounds of nature. Unwind looking for visiting kangaroos and enjoy watching cockatoos and kookaburras swoop through the trees.
The House is situated on the same property as a charming one-bedroom studio, offering flexible accommodation options. If you're traveling with a larger group, you can book both the House and Ablac Studio to accommodate extra guests. Alternatively, if you only need the House, the studio may be available for other guests to rent separately. While the two properties are close by and share the same block, there is a boundary between them, offering a degree of privacy for both groups.
A relaxing time is ensured with all the comforts from home and more including bedding, towels, ipod dock, wi-fi, smart TV, games, hairdryer, air conditioning (in living area) and heated towel rails. Stay warm and cozy at night with the wood fire in the living area and heaters in every room, then snuggle up in comfortable beds warmed by electric blankets. Ablac is within a 10 minute drive to the bustling town centre of Daylesford, and 10 minute drive to the Glenlyon local store serving delicious meals using local produce. Basic pantry provisions are supplied and a high chair for a toddler is available if required.

It was quiet and peaceful, enjoyed listening to the kookaburra’s every now and then. We had power outage the first night but luckily only lasted about an hour, I guess that’s part of being in Regional Areas, overall it was a good experience for the little ones 😊

Wonderful patch of paradise
Our family have just had a wonderful week in the Daylesford/Wheasheaf area, so much nature to enjoy and close to all the great attractions in Daylesford, Woodend, Kyneton and more, really loved it and the kids enjoyed the daily kangaroo visits and abundant bird life. House was just the right size and we really had a fabulous time during the week we stayed

Cosy bush getaway
Just a short drive to Glenlyon and Daylesford this gorgeous three bed house suited our group of three perfectly. Best feature for us was the fireplace closely followed by the comfortable beds. Plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Fantastic stay.

The house was very comfortable. The lounge with the open fireplace and outlook onto the garden and bush was very relaxing. The house is well looked after and maintained. Had a fabulous weekend with friends.
