I had higher expectations based on the photos online, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match up. The armchairs in the room looked worn and a bit dirty, which was a far cry from the clean, modern furniture shown in the pictures. The bathroom was missing the little amenities like toiletries that were promised in the photos, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the TV didn’t work at all - none of the channels would come through, which was disappointing. If the photos had accurately reflected the room’s condition, I likely wouldn’t have booked here. The parking was horrendous, I would suggest only taking small cars there as the parking was full and we had a ute and found it extremely hard to get out of. The only positive experience was the man who greeted us when we arrived. Very lovely staff member. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but I do wish the hotel had been more honest with its presentation. Wouldn’t choose it again unless I knew there had been some updates.

It’s tired, but is good value for $. Owners/managers are active during day on outside of property and keen to help, but the rooms need some TLC. Chairs feel greasy and are stained, spring broken on bed but I would still say we would stay again, so not as bad as it sounds. Great location for town and river
