First class greeting and everything made so easy. The staff were friendly and efficient the hotel is kept very clean. My room looked as if it had been recently refurbished and the facilities were very good. I would certainly return and thank everyone for making my stay a pleasant one.

Good service, nice room, clean and a very good breakfast. This is our 'go to' hotel when in Weymouth as it has everything you could possibly need including free parking and within a 10min walk of the beach and theatre.

The only things that were a little disappointing were the thinness of the toilet paper and the condition of the car park, which had several large potholes. But, a free car park is a free car park.

Avoid at all costs

The first complaint is they want to charge a ridiculous price extra to use the pool area, the breakfast was disgusting the food was full of salt, and I found a hair in the baked beans. The first room I was given was filthy, with dust, cobwebs, stained carpets, hairs and stains all over the bedding, smelly towels, and seagulls nesting outside of the window. Got moved to another room which was only a little better. Thankfully I only had to stay here for the one night! Never again!

Not what I was expecting

Booked a family room for 3 adults but the room slept 4. Only 2 mugs and glasses, only 1 chair and a stool for the desk with a mirror that’s to low and no light. Tea tray was also placed where there was no plug. Rubbish left behind one of the bedside tables. Overall I was not that impressed. Will not be returning.
