Nedslående og Krenkende.

Møtte opp ca. kl 17. Åpent hotell, men ingen i resepsjonen. Ringte uten å få svar og måtte etter ca tre timer forsøke å finne et annet hotell nærmere Gent.

Redelijk hotel, maar mist voldoende comfort

Vriendelijke medewerkers en goede ligging. McDonalds en Spar liggen naast het hotel. Kamer was ruim, ook de badkamer. Comfort viel me erg tegen. Veren staken door de matras en airconditioning valt uit na een tijd en kan dus niet de hele nacht aan worden gehouden. Ontbijt was goed maar wordt volgens mij maar een keer neergezet en niet meer aangevuld, want er was veel al op

eten goed, kamer goed, maar lawaaierig want aan drukke baan. Had s'ochtends geen honger wegens te veel gegeten de avond voordien (in resto van het Hotel trouwens). Dit ontbijt kon evenwel niet geannuleerd worden en moest dus toch betaald worden. Hoogst klantonvriendelijk en voor mij reden om er niet meer terug te keren. Commerciëel bovendien niet erg snugger van de directie toch ?. ter info: In het resto was de service prima

Niente di particolare ma per 2 notti va benissimo

L'unica cosa negativa che non hanno rispettato il costo di prenotazione Exepedia (penso cosa gravissima). Mi hanno fatto pagare di più una camera che a dire loro aveva qualcosa in più di quella prenotata (quella prenotata non era più disponibile). Tutto questo chiaramente al momento del conto.

Erg fijn hotel.

Het is een erg fijn hotel met moderne kamers. Prima badkamer met grote douche. Het ontbijt is prima, veel keuze. Ook fijn was dat we vrij vroeg op de middag al konden inchecken. Wel was we ‘s avonds wat weinig parkeerruimte direct bij het hotel.
