Cozy 2- bedroom lake front vacation home with large covered screened in back porch located on Rough River Lake. 1,100 sq. ft. fully furnished with new furniture. Full kitchen with table and chairs for 6, living room with 2 chairs, sofa, and loveseat. This lake house sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 queen bed in the master and 3 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The shoreline is located a short walk down the path where you can fish and swim. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The lake level is approximately 5’ below summer pool. Per Army Corps of Engineers: there is no dock access. However you can fish and swim from shore.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

My family and I stayed for two nights. The home was exactly how it was explained online. I loved the screened in porch. It was so nice to sit out there and enjoy my morning coffee listening to birds and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

This was an anniversary get away for my husband and I. We absolutely loved it. The home is beautiful and the back porch is what dreams are made of!! We even hiked down to the water to fish. There were a few restaurants near by that were good. The host had great suggestions. We hope yo return soon!

Nice lakefront hideaway. Remote, but still within 10 minutes of stores/ restaurants. Beautiful area. Nicely laid out place, great covered porch. Lake access exists, not an easy walk down. Everything you need for a great getaway!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this house. That alone should let you know I enjoy staying there. My absolute favorite part of the house is the back deck that is screened in and overlooking all the beautiful nature. Owners are great at communicating. It’s a nice little peaceful get away.

We enjoyed our visit! The porch is the main asset and so nice. Trees could be cleared a bit to improve the view but the size and comfort was outstanding! Convenient to beach and boat docks. Need a new refrigerator but everything was really nice!

Diamond in the “Rough”
This is a great location, close to local hardware store where you can get bait, the Dollar General and the beach. Hardin cty is a 10 min drive which has a Walmart, hospital and fast food choices. Giovanni is a great host! The house is clean and tidy. Our favorite part is the large screened in back porch with nice furniture and ceiling fans. He provides plenty of towels, cooking utensils including pots and pans. Also, unlike other places we have stayed, were complementary shampoo and conditioner as well as soap. It was a nice touch that gave you a sense of welcome.
