Lack of understanding
Property was cancelled 10 days before we were due to arrive. Apparently double booked.
Booking made 10 months prior and paid in full with VRBO.
advised Vrbo about the situation who offered no assistance.
Then get emailed by them to ask for a review of the property we never stayed in.
