Gelegen in het mooie dorp Westkapelle vindt u onze geheel nieuwe vakantiewoning "Het Pakhuys nr. 7". Geniet van het sfeervolle dorp aan zee, het mooie Zeeuwe landschap en van de vele heerlijke restaurants in de omgeving.

Onze vakantiewoning beschikt over een ruime keuken, een gezellige eet-/woonkamer, een wasmachine, twee slaapkamers, een toilet beneden, een badkamer inclusief toilet boven en een ruime tuin. In de ruime tuin staat een overkapping waar u uw fietsen kunt plaatsen. Ook staat er een mooie tuinset, zodat u lekker buiten kunt eten.

Het Pakhuys nr. 7 heeft iets unieks te bieden, namelijk een benedenverdieping met daarin een infraroodsauna. Kom tot rust na een dag wandelen, fietsen of shoppen.
Hierdoor zijn wij ook ideaal om te boeken in de koudere maanden.

Urlaub in Westkapelle wieder sehr schön. Im Haus müssten Mülleimer und Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht werden. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis dieses Mal nicht ausgewogen zumal auch eine Fensterscheibe beschädigt war. Fallobst sollte vom Dach des Abstellplatzes der Mülltonnen entfernt werden da viele Mücken und Wespen angelockt werden

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Pakhuys

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und trotzdem modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Tessa und Robbie waren sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super gemütliches Ferienhaus

Noch nie habe ich so toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gesehen, es passt wirklich alles zusammen, alles sehr hochwertig und Geschmackvoll. Im Garten hat man seine Ruhe und genug Platz für eine Familie.Es ist alles da was man braucht.Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in 5-10 Minuten am Strand und im Spar.Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für alles.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter, ruhiger Lage zentral in Westkapelle. Alles was wichtig ist kann in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden (Spar, Restaurants, Bäckerei). Optimal gelegen für Strandspaziergänge in Richtung Domkapelle oder Zouterlande entlang der Dünen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Der nächste Urlaub dort ist bereits gebucht.

Erholsam und schön

Wieder mal alles perfekt. Das Haus ist super, wir fühlen uns hier immer direkt wie zuhause, wenn wir ankommen. Es ist sehr sauber, alles ordentlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr viel Platz und die Sauna im Keller hilft sehr zu entspannen nach einem tollen Tag am Strand, in Middelburg oder nach dem Rad fahren.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Westkapelle. Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und übergeben eine sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung. Es gibt wirklich gar nichts zu kritisieren, alles hat perfekt gepasst und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Einfach nur schön!

This is a beautiful house, well arranged, at the hotspot of Zeeland in Westkapelle. We stayed here in July 2024 in this house. Short distances to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Parking in front of the door, so that the car can also be easily used for excursions. Very nicely built (restored) and furnished. Room for 4 people, with separate bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are large enough to use in all weathers, the patio extends the living area. The equipment is complete, so we didn't miss anything for living and eating. Very charming furnishings, with modern yet typical local elements. Quiet even at bedtime, no cars or other tourists ‘disturbing’. We didn't try the sauna because of the warm weather, we would have to do that in winter. Very friendly contact with the landlords. Highly recommended. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Eine tolle Woche in Zeeland

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Haus, das sehr zentral und doch ganz ruhig liegt. Tessa und Robbie, unsere Vermieter, haben uns mit einer leckeren Flasche Rotwein begrüßt. Alles in Allem eine ganz runde Geschichte - und Zeeland ist eine (oder auch mehrere) Besuche wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We can confirm all positive impressions written before. Extraordinary clean, nice furniture and even during the stormy season very cozy bedrooms. Hospitality and Caring of the owners benchmark. No car needed as everything is in walking distance - supermarket, bakery, nice restaurants. For those with an e-car - 22kw charging is in 5min walking distance available. Kleines Traumhaus auf Zeit

Es ist einfach wunderbar hier. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Sogar eine Sauna ist da. Es ist so entspannend nach einem aktiven Tag diese zu nutzen. Man fühlt sich wirklich direkt wohl, sobald man eintritt. Die Fahrräder können im eigen abschließbaren Hof angestellt werden. Das Schlafzimmer und Bad liegen im ersten Stock. Das ist herrlich ruhig hier. Erholung und Entspannung pur. Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich, immer erreichbar für Fragen und Antworten quasi sofort. Die Wohnung liegt richtig zentral, alles ist von hier aus in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Spar, Fahrradverleih, usw. Alles absolut top, unsere Nummer 1, was Ferienwohnungen angeht.

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus!

Wir waren im August 2023 für eine Woche mit 2 Kindern (5 Jahre) in dem kleinen aber feinen und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage in Westkapelle. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die anderen positiven Bewertungen zur Unterkunft und Vermietern können wir nur bestätigen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Häuschen ist hell, ausgesprochen gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen Details gestaltet. Die Wohnküche ist hochwertig, hat einen runden Tisch, der ideal plaziert ist. Der Innenhof bietet Platz zum Sitzen, für Sonnenliegen und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Eine Atmosphäre zum Rundum-Wohlfühlen. Ein Traum von Wohnung in einer traumhaften Gegend

Ich könnte jetzt seitenweise schreiben, was uns alles gefallen hat in der Wohnung. Thessa & Robbie haben so viel Liebe zum Detail, was sich in kleinen Accessoires jetzt zu Weihnachten zeigt. Es ist komplett neu gestaltet (war früher ein Lagerhaus) und es passt perfekt zusammen, die Möbel, die Lichter, die Verkleidungen, Vorhänge usw. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Toll ist, dass man die Fahrräder im eigenen Gartenbereich abstellen kann und sie so sicher untergestellt sind, auch wenn es mal regnet. Es ist herrlich ruhig und in der eigenen Sauna kann man wirklich super entspannen! Vielen, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei Euch hatten!! Wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder.
