This stylish little one bedroom two bathroom tiny house is 472 square feet. There's also a three season screened porch, landscaped yard, and multiple outdoor seating areas. The cottage sleeps four and pets are considered. The private wooded setting is tucked in a corner of a 1950's cottage colony just two miles from the Weekapaug Breachway and Misquamicut's sandy Atlantic beaches. A parking pass to Misquamicut's Wuskenau Beach is included for the summer season. Watch Hill, Charlestown, and downtown Westerly/Pawcatuck are minutes away, and all of Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut are within an hour's drive or ferry ride. Outside the cottage are two well appointed decks, gas grill, landscaped yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, and assigned parking. Inside living is nicely outfitted with all of the comforts of home including fresh towels and bed linens, a plush queen size bed, two tiled baths with showers, heat, air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Beekman toiletries, cable tv, Roku, Wifi, clothes washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker and lovely three season screened porch. Comfortable place to hang your hat and kick back while visiting Rhode Island's South County.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Could be a cute cottage but needs work.The dark cluttered interior and old gray carpeting in the bedroom and living room made the house feel less than clean. You could barely move in the tiny bathrooms and we've never seen smaller shower stalls. A couple of the complimentary toiletries were opened and looked used. One of the blinds had a gaping hole in it and the outdoor swing was unusable because there was so much mold on it.

OMG This was perfect for me. The best thing for me, being an outdoor person was the screened in porch area (where I slept) and the deck. The house was the perfect size too and so well utilized to meet all needs. I love the location so much. Mature trees and a peaceful setting and being so convenient to everywhere I went from there.

Great beach vacation

This was perfect for me and my husband. It was a couple of miles from a very nice beach and a beach pass was included so we parked for free. The house is small but has a large deck and a screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. It took us a couple of days to discover the outdoor shower behind the house and that made our stay perfect! We would stay again.

Everything you need & then some. Beautiful secluded location . Local beach is beautiful. We quickly settled in & truly felt like it was “our” cottage for the week. It was obvious that prior guests were responsible & respectful with regard to the property. I always add a few of my own comforts-big new jar candle, comfy TV blanket from home & good music. Other than that, ITS ALL THERE!!! Host was amazing!! 😘

This is our 2nd time renting from Tony. The cottage has everything one would need including a pass to the local town beach. The beautiful tree covered deck off the back of the cottage is worth the price of admission. Tony is very accommodating and quickly responds to any problem or question. I would definitely rent again.

We walked in and could not believe how clean and how cozy this house was. Bigger than expected. The host was amazing in keeping in touch with us. We had a great time and the thing we liked the best it was near a main street full of places to shop if anything was needed. However the house itself had everything you would need.

Overall the experience was great. The “Tiny House” is perfect for a couple looking looking for a beach vacation. The host, Tony, could not have been more accommodating. This property is in a cottage community and I feel it has the prime location in the area if you want privacy and a beautiful backyard deck. With a pass to the Town beach, it was perfect for a beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very receptive when we needed to contact him about a second parking space. The only issue we had was , we didn’t feel the cleanliness was 100%, which was surprising since that was mentioned in the past reviews and a big reason we chose the property. It was just little things like the bathroom shower soap was open and used had some hair in it when we arrived, and the toiletries left for us were opened and used. The towels had a few light stains on them also. There was also a musty cottage smell that made our allergies act up, though I think that’s pretty normal for an older cottage like this. Aside from those points, and maybe it is just us being more used to hotels vs Vrbo, it was a nice little rental. Very charming and nice decor. Would not have had more than 2 adults 1 child in terms of space, which worked for our needs.

the inside house was very neat and clean, everything we could or would need was available and in great condition, and we mean everything. We think that we may have been a early season stay, the outside of the house (porchs) could have used a little touch up, but that may have been the weather.
