Exceptional service and right in the heart off the city centre close to the night life cinema and the new shopping centre.the breakfast was really nice lots off different things to chose from.very friendly staff wood recommended to any one to stop here.
Another great visit to Bradford, met up with friends to catch up and stayed at the Jurys Inn. Friendly welcome from Olivia, nice big room with great city view and really comfy bed. Enjoyed a snack and a few beers in the bar before hitting the town. Lovely breakfast and all the staff we encountered were friendly and looked after us well. Will be back on our next visit to Bradford.
Noisy room with building works below my window. View of the loading bays of retail outlets. Not good experience. Breakfast, quality needs great improvement. I will not be tempted to stay at Jury's Inn in the near future. I will also advise my staff to book in at alternative hotel.
Exceptional service throughout only complaint was there was only a face towel and a floor towel in the bathroom need some more bath towels other than that brilliant staff very friendly throughout the stay value for money definitely stay here again
Easy to find with a huge local car park . Reception fast and efficient, really pleasant staff. The rooms are large and spotless the bed was really comfy. Nice bar area and the breakfast was really good. I would class as a four star hotel. They made us feel very welcome and told us where the best Indian restaurant was. I look forward to my next business trip.
Love how Jury's is laid out - very clean and lots of food options in the morning for breakfast (although the gluten free section was never stocked). I was a leader of a youth group that stayed here and one of the receptionists was extremely rude. Constantly saying insults under her breath and anything asked of her seemed like the biggest bother in the world. She spoke to some of our leaders (who were in their mid twenties) as though they were 5 years old. Very patronising. Honestly her behaviour would put us off staying again. Every other staff member was lovely.
Great central location. Big comfy bed. room is clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful (kyle on reception in particular). Breakfast is amazing. Only negative there is no car park and the shower in my room would be a bit of a squeeze for the bigger person
Set in the city centre, this hotel does very little to stand out. Modern and tidy, it would be easy to pass by without even noticing that it was a hotel. Inside, the check in staff were very polite, efficient and helpful within a modern reception area. My room was comfortable enough, although it would have benefitted from not having a second bed in the room, eating into the available space. The room decoration is as plain and basic as possible; just not-quite-white walls with absolutely no other decoration. Hotels of this type usually have some inoffensive art in their rooms, or some second rate photography of local landmarks, but not this Jury's Inn. Apparently, plain walls are good enough for Bradford. The biggest issue was that during my stay, one of the (two) lifts was out of action during half of my stay, causing issues when trying to get out in the morning. Never before have I taken a 'down' lift that descends two floors before ascending one, then descending three, then another one, before ascending three, descending one (now full to capacity) before eventually arriving at the ground floor. It was like riding a pointless and claustrophobic fairground attraction while being bashed on the ankles by wheeled cases big enough to hide a pretty hefty body. Would I recommend this hotel when in Bradford? Pending a stay at the Midland Hotel in a couple of weeks, yes. Just don't expect any frills Or decoration.
Found myself here for work and will be returning shortly. Very well presented hotel with very attentive staff. Nothing bad about this hotel at all. My room was spacious and comfortable, the menu was maybe limited but only because I was staying for a long time. I'm looking forward to being back.
Stayed here for a night as part of the tour that we booked. Check in was very smooth and quick and got a comfortable room, i think it was a physically challenged room as the bathroom was so huge. Nevertheless, i liked the comfortable bed and the pillows. The negative side of the experience was the lack of customer service skills in the restaurant we had for dinner and an instance in the reception. The guy of an Asian decent was serving the soup in the table and keep asking while going around as to who wanted to have soup or salad. Obviously, other guests starts to ask for it yet he abruptly responded "one by one" in a loud voice. My point is why would you ask at once in front of everyone as if you are in fish market? The table set up is too close and so tight that you have to beg to clear the table right away so you can start your second course. The other issue was at the reception, i had asked one of the receptionist if i can break the 50GBP that i have into smaller notes as i need to give tips to the bellman, the response was we " we dont have cash here, you can buy drinks at the bar and you can get a change" thats zero hospitality at all! non existent and no sense of customer service. If not because of the large room and comfortable beds, i could have rated this hotel as 1!
