I have tried most big Bradford hotels and would judge Jurys top for personal service, good value, cleanliness and comfort. Only once, when I had a complaint about service and pre-payment, did I need to refer this upwards and it was speedily and happily resolved. That's why I went back, and go back still.
This hotel was handy for Bradford centre and the National Science and Media Museum. There is a car park close by that you get a discount in. The rooms are just as you'd expect - functional and comfortable and I was pleased that some (but not all) have windows that open for fresh air. Would stay again if I was visiting Bradford.
Stayed with national holidays dinner was a bit different but breakfast was better. Staff were very informative telling us about the light show in the park. And the room was wonderful and a brilliant night sleep. Even had air con. Would stay here again if down this neck of the woods
The staff in the hotel were the best I have ever come across , helpful in every science, and the comfort in the bed was to die for, great hotel for a city break or a football weekend, this hotel is located handy for everywhere and central,
Easy to book, lovely room, really good nights sleep, car park near by, great breakfast. Definitely recommend if on business. Staff are very polite and friendly. Free wifi which is always a plus. Within walking distance of a lot of decent restaurants which is a real plus if you want a decent steak or curry.
Stayed in the city centre on business. The hotel was clean and in a good location. Staff were very good and the restaurant service was good. However it was a noisy hotel. Here are some points from my stay. Rooms - Not particularly spacious and I had to open my window to cool it down. - The hotel provided ear plugs in the room - you can hear the outdoors noise - Can adjust the bedding, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover. Bathroom - Shower only in my room, but it was comfortable - Basic showergel is provided Restaurant - Breakfast was excellent with a help yourself continental and hot buffet. My only issue was the cheese selection had gone hard, even by 7.30am. - The evening menu is extensive, but I did not think it was worth the money. I had a pulled pork sandwich and it was quite bland, cost £8.50 before adding a side. It also came out lukewarm and I had to send it back to be toasted which was a shame. Facilities - There is a small gym room with machines, some weights and a water filter. It is not manned and can only be accessed by your card. - There is a bar which serves soft, hot and alcoholic drinks. I had a hot chocolate but found this was expensive - £3.20 for a small Costa hot chocolate. However, you can take drinks up to your room.
Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. All staff were friendly and on the ball. Our bedroom was very clean and spacious and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The hotel was in a excellent location for where we wanted to visit. ie science &media museum and Sunbridge wells tunnels. Will definitely use Jury Inns again
This was a great hotel with a fabulous breakfast that had a wide variety of options. The rooms were clean and had all we needed for our stay. It is in a good location in the city. The bathroom could be updated but was clean and toiletries provided.
Travelled up for work, this hotel was very well located for us. Two double beds in room with new mattresses and lovely crisp bedding. Friendly welcoming staff, clean room and nice toiletries, excellent value for money and local to handy eateries. In my opinion far exceeding other hotels for value for money too.
Stayed for one night. We booked three rooms. Check in was quick efficient and friendly. Rooms are a little dated but clean, bathrooms are large ours had a walk in shower, no bath Which I prefer, Our friend had a bath in theirs. Again not ultra modern but clean & sufficient. The beds are good, each room was spacious and had a double and single ( which is great). Bonus is windows open, many new hotels don’t have this any more. There is a small but decent gym. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice, hot and cold buffet. There is a car park next to hotel where you get a 20% discount. Over night cost £10.00 not bad for a city centre hotel. The hotel is right in the centre of Bradford and less than a minutes walk for the town square and the shopping centre is about a minute or two further. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. It’s good value for what it is. Would stay again.
