I stayed last week there on business for 4 nights in the week. Although a busy city, my room was quiet (with the window closed). I found the facilities good and the bed was v comfy. The internet was good and free. The reception is on the second floor and accessed by stairs or lifts. The lounge area was quiet and comfy. I only had breakfast one morning as it was rather basic for the hot breakfast though good. Shame that no draught beer, only bottled but draught lager available. The hotel is centrally based and in the square are several restaurants such as Frankie & Bennys, Nando’s etc. I parked my car in the convenient multi story whilst there on a week parking ticket for £10 of which I could come and go as I wanted. The only downside and it’s nothing to do with the hotel was, as I was turning the corner on my floor to reach my room I could smell something bad and as I walked round I came across a plastic tied bag with dirty nappies in and the smell was strong! Absolutely disgusting! I suppose it takes allsorts. I rang reception and someone came straight up to remove it.

standard holiday inn express in a good location . The car park can be a bit difficult to find, friendly staff and service. The breakfast food was actually hot rather than luke warm and the bacon had some flavour

In this month April, I happened to visit beautiful city of Bradford due to business. Due to kids holidays I took my family along. We stayed at Holiday Inn Bradford city centre which seemed non friendly place if have kids staying at the hotel with you. Breakfast is kind of a race of hotel employees to take all food before 9:30am and guests to finish their breakfast as staff don't bother to take away food even when guests is putting food in their plates. The general cleanliness is ordinary level and you can feel that staff is not well trained. One particular instance where a lady from hotel came to my door to complain about one of my 3 year old kids standing at the windowsill. The window was airtight closed. I duly apologised and said it won't happen again. However that lady was in a very angry mood. She looked in the room and looked at my kids and very angrily said This is not a play ground. this is a hotel to which I told her that I understand as this is not my first stay at the hotel. I do not expect such behaviour of a hotel manager with me in front of my kids. that was very embarrassing. I let the lady go and went to the reception to complain about the behaviour of that hotel staff, but to my surprise... that lady was the General Manager of that hotel and was standing at the reception. I went ahead and complained that your behaviour in front of kids was not right. But that lady started one more time and now infant of the other guests in the lobby about how she is not going to accept any complaints. She was unmoved when i said to her that i am going to complain about you to your management. Seems like there is no management over the GM. Very Very Very bad experience. Not going back to them again...

I stayed here several times recently on business trips. Rooms were spotless, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast adequate with the options of taking it with you or a tray up to your room. Parking was £4 a day on adjoining car park. Recommend for a clean base to lay your head!

Stayed here many times as have family close by. However this time wasn't as good or enjoyable. On checking in we were told by Laura that she couldn't take off our club member discount for some reason and go try again if we stay again. Very poor customer service . Not our fault she couldn't do or work out how to do this. We had a family room. Usually love the beds and pillows however on this occasion the bed was very un comfortable making my husband and I roll together all night. We never slept at all. The pillows were flat and u uncomfortable too. This may sound picky but we have stayed many times and keep returning as we have always been pleased . Breakfast was great. Hotel was spotless and most staff friendly. Ps....Could do with more plug sockets in rooms

This hotel is modern and located on a great leisure complex, it's about a 100yd walk from the car park to the hotel which was fine. Parking is £4 for 24hrs. The staff on check in are extremely friendly and professional, we used to stay at premier Inn for our weekend adventures with the kids but thanks to the great staff at holiday Inn we've switched. I also appreciate it when staff go out of their way to thank you for being a club member, I'm getting very close to getting to gold elite membership. We were given room 330 which was clean and typical of the usual high standard we expect of holiday Inn, however the bed has killed my back, the mattress is awful, it's hard to explain but it's very hard and I can feel the springs, we recently purchased a Simba mattress for at home which has destroyed my back so I was really looking forward to comfy nights sleep, sadly this wasn't it, at least for me anyway. We always use the IHG app to find the best value holiday Inn express in the area were visiting and got this for around £45 for two adults and two kids, fantastic value.

Lovely place ideal location and a very pleasant stay....definitely use holiday inns in future. Loved the choice of pillows and bed was really comfy. Parking is cheap and very close by. Breafast was very good and all staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel stay was not bad, but staff who dealt with my booking was a bit rude, no smile & greeting. Breakfast was brilliant, views from the hotel are lovely, location is great too. Only if the staff was more friendly.

Hotel not bad for a one night stay. Rooms are ok, bed a little too soft for me personally. Staff are pretty helpful. Breakfast was actually very good considering it was free. Would stay again for one night, if I needed longer I would look elsewhere.

Bradford has plenty of accomodation options including the budget chains but this is somewhere midway. Situated within a leisure complex (cinema, bowling and eateries) there are numerous parking options including £3 for 24 hours which is unbeatable for a city centre. Short walk to Centenary Square and the Mirror Pool. Check-in was smooth (thanks to Rachel on front desk) and the room was cosy and clean. The bar was toasty warm and a comfortable space to socialise. Breakfast (cooked buffet style) was in the room rate and really good. Check out the prices on the HI website, we were told they offer best value for money.
