We were staying over as in area over the weekend. The hotel is short walk from multi storey car park. On arrival we were greeted by Hollie who was very pleasant and helpful. She advised us when breakfast was, welcomed us back as members of IHG hotel group and thank you for our loyalty, what a nice touch. She also recommended that if we dined at a few restaurants next to the hotel if we show our key card we would receive 20% discount, and also showed us a menu for one of the places that recently opened. Rooms were very comfortable and plenty of space, and you can help yourself to extra tea coffee pods from the reception for your room facilities too. Breakfast was typical of IHG good variety and plenty of fresh cooked food, tables cleared away quickly too by nice and attentive staff. Hollie from the night before was also helping to clear tables and still greeted us with a friendly hello although she had been working till 11pm the night before. She also checked us out, what a lovely person. would recommend whilst visiting Bradford, and should we have opportunity to visit again would definitely stay here.
I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and at the standard you expect for a holiday inn express. The staff in reception were very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Parking was a short walk away in the leisure exchange car park. Just be aware that if you have to leave the car park in your car and return again you pay separately for each visit. It is not just one day rate. I would be very happy to stay here again and was happy with the room rate of £57.
Room up to same high standard we have come to expect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car park was only £4 for 24 hours too! Breakfast changed, bacon is now being served! This is a new addition. Breakfast was very nice and not rushed. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
There really isn't much to say about this place...it is really well located close to the cinema shops and restaurants. It is a basic offering for a basic price and as such is best for short stays. The room was not great. It reeked of smoke for what was a non-smoking room and was tough to sleep on a warm night. On the plus side, they had good breakfast with good choices. BTW, if dining locally, mention you are staying here for a possible discount of your meals.
Absolutely loved our 3 night stay, staff were fab (Hollie at reception and Hannah who helped me after a panic attack in the lift) breakfast was all you want and all fresh, would 100% return! Rooms were very comfortable and has everything you need
Great location and very friendly helpful staff. Multi story car park with reasonable pricing next door, walk out of car park and into the hotel in a few minutes. Ideal for the town centre and Media Museum with huge IMAX screen. Alternatively multi screen cinema, bowling alley, Piza Hut, Ben and Jerry's in the same complex. Bradford is a surprisingly beautiful City, lovely historic buildings and lots of good curry houses. Holiday in is budget, but very comfortable and includes buffet breakfast in rates. Ideal place for weekend city visit
My wife I took our 2 grandsons to Bradford to visit relatives. The hotel was conveniently close to the central bus station & main attractions including the central park. Our room had 2 double beds , was cool & quiet. Breakfast was substantial & the boys loved the muffins. All the staff were friendly & helpful.
This hotel was in a perfect location whether you want to visit Bradford city centre or travel to another city. The motorway links are good, the main shopping centre is at walking distance. There are a variety of restaurants downstairs. The view from the hotel room is beautiful. The staff is excellent. Breakfast could have done with a few more vegetarian choices and parking should really have been free but i would definitely stay here again!
Room 242 not very nice. Hair in shower cubicle. Room smelt of stale water/drains/sewage. Stains on carpet and on the base of the bed. Glad I was only staying 1 night. Breakfast was OK though. All problems reported. Reply - ....We have addressed the issues with the house keeping team....
Stayed here before a visit to the University the next day. The staff were absolutely excellent. Very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and probably worth what we paid but the whole hotel is in need of a bit of updating especially the windows/soundproofing. Whilst it didn't exactly give a disturbed nights sleep, the constant rumble of traffic noise in the background wasn't great. City of Bradford was lovely and the people were all so helpful and friendly.
