In winter, as the snowmobile capitol of the world, the resort is perfect for skiing and snowmobiling.

You can also explore the town's charming gift shops, museums, grocery stores, and restaurants in downtown.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has a King size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy Queen size bed in the living room. It will fit four people comfortably.

Please aware, during winter, the only road generally open year-round to automobiles is from the North Entrance at Gardiner, Montana, through the park to Cooke City, Montana (via Tower Junction). Most park roads are closed to regular vehicles from early November to late-April, and are open to limited oversnow travel (snowmobiles and snowcoaches) from mid-December to mid-March. When open, roads are not gated at night and people may enter/exit the park 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Issues

First off, we had to pay 70 for internet for which we only had the option of 1, 3, or 6 devices. We have a family of 4, so we had to purchase the one with 6 devices which costed more. Ridiculous! Then, we would be constantly getting kicked out of the internet. My husband tried logging into his computer and it said we exceeded the devices. 4 phones and a Computer is 5 NOT 6 devices. We were very disappointed in the internet problem and having to purchase that. Finally, the air conditioning unit worked for 1 out of the 4 nights we were there. Otherwise, overall the unit was clean and close to everything including the Park entrance. Communication from the Host was good. Unit could be more well stocked with more towels and Toilet paper also so guests do not have to go to the front desk often.
