Hidden gem of the Cape!

My husband and I, along with our adult daughter wanted an end of summer getaway. The place was very clean and comfortable! It was very close to other beaches and places of interest.

Great Location

We were looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod in close proximity to where our son was interning for the summer. With little experience on the Cape, we we had no point of reference. This condo in South Yarmouth was perfect! It is in walking distance to a small family style beach which was so enjoyable for us, we visited daily. Yet, it was an easy walk or drive to Route 28 and all the restaurants and attractions. The space was clean and well kept. Everything you needed was available. The owner was very responsive and the check in process was so easy. We can’t wait to stay there again next summer!

Cute, clean beach house in a great location

I definitely recommend renting this property in the Cape! The property manager Nish was very responsive and check in was simple. The house was just as pictured! If you are looking to cook in, the propane grill and kitchen have everything you will need. The 2 bedrooms and office space (could be used as a bedroom) gave us plenty of room and having TVs in each room were nice. The best part was the location! Walking distance to a small beach and only a 5 minute drive to Seagull Beach! Tons of great restaurants only a short drive away! I recommend Yarmouth House and Skippers!

Great location, miserable amenities.

I had to reach out to the owner to request information regarding the check-in process. The back door and screen door opened in opposing directions, which made it difficult to enter if carrying anything.The freezer door did not seal shut, so the ice machine did not work and leaked water each time the freezer door was opened. AC took a long time to cool the house. Mold was visibly growing on majority of the ceiling air vents. Kitchen table was unsteady and made for an unpleasant dining experience. Bath towels were low quality and unabsorbent. There were Minimal grill cooking utensils. Beach chairs were old, rusted, and broken to the point of danger. Couches were uncomfortable.
