The Space:
The Upper Cape is calling, be sure to listen! If you do, you’ll have the summer of your dreams, feeling those Good Sun-Sations. Located in Yarmouth, this home welcomes you and your whole family to experience a classic Cape Cod summer. Step into a spacious living room with lots of comfortable seating. Straight through the living room, a sunroom with a game table and additional seating welcomes you in. The recently renovated kitchen provides an ideal spot to whip up a meal or grab a bite to eat. Access the backyard through the sliding glass doors, where you can lounge on the outdoor sectional, or bask in the summer breeze on the patio or the new pergola out front.

Back inside, Choose any of the three bedrooms for a comfortable night’s sleep. The primary bedroom houses a queen size bed, as well as the second bedroom, and the third is home to two twin beds. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a fully fenced in backyard, and an outdoor shower. There will be plenty to do all vacation long, with board games, bikes, a basketball hoop and ping pong table all available for your summer fun.

Within a half mile walk, you can enjoy renowned clam chowder from Captain Parker's, take the kids to the Whydah Pirate Museum, or get delicious homemade breakfast pastries at Hole In One. A short car ride will bring you to other local favorites for seafood like Skippy's and The Lobster Roll. Great location

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean. Liked the layout of the house, very roomy, with a nice deck, and a great outdoor shower. The location is great, close to Seagull beach and easy to get to Rt 28, and Rt 6. We would stay here again.
