We understood from the listing that this would be one private room in a shared space with other occupied rooms (accurate) and that the bathroom was separate from the room (accurate, and it's a private bathroom because all the other rooms have their own bathrooms).What we didn't understand was that the bathroom doesn't have a shower. There was no info on the little welcome paper in the room about the shower, and I messaged the host and never got a response (and STILL have not gotten a response.)Thanks to another review we found the shower inside the laundry room (door A).A couple other things to note is that inside the room there is a window that looks into another one of the rooms?? There is a curtain of course but like, that's really weird? (Host: you should black-out that window.)Also you have to pay for parking which I dont think was mentioned in the listing.Other than all that....the place was great and the location was amazing. So many restaurants within walking distance and we loved Horseshoe Bay. My review is docked mostly because of the lack of info about the shower and the lack of communication from the host. (Host: I suggest adding the thing about the shower to the listing because if we had known that ahead of time it would have been fine.)

When we booked this property, we knew that the bathroom was outside of the room. What we did not know was that the shower was right next to the unsecure laundry so no privacy for the shower. And the keys that were provided did not give access to the toilet and sink. We contacted the owner and they did not respond immediately, but we did contact VRBO and they responded immediately and contacted the owner and the owner contacted me the owner immediately attended the building and provided us with a available unit that did have bathroom facilities, including a shower in the same room we do recommend that the property owner clean the stairwell and the railing and we also recommend that they are very clear about the fact that there is no bathroom in the unit I will say that the unit that was provided by the owner was very good and clean and met our requirements at a very late hour about midnight so thank you to the owner for responding so quickly and responsibly
