The accomodation was wonderfully located in the heart of Horseshoe Bay. The only drawback was that the air conditioner was really loud and it was too hot to sleep without it on.

Property was fine there was lots of space and facilities but all parking spaces were occupied and I messaged 3 times to ask where we should park and got no reply. I hadn’t realised you have to pay for parking.Location was perfect as a good place to stop after a long flight

Contacting the owner was difficult. The internet and the tv did not work. I feel that the owner knew that there was a problem with the tv before we came because the technician when he was finally contacted by the owner told us that he had advised her that it needed service, but she did not bother to have it done. Very poor service indeed by the owner.
This room was falsely advertised with no phone number..suggesting you have room 2.
I arrived after midnight and could not find out how to get into the room in spite of using the code in panel "B"...not 2. It was a travellers nightmare. I had to travel to another motel and paid for an overnight stay in the North Vancouver Hotel at 2:30 am.

Disappointed
Everything felt like an afterthought. Bathroom sink and floor have multiple cracks, bath tub had to be filled with the shower head, bathroom sink has wonky faucet, fan sounds like a jet plane, rock hard bed, no charging station, broken down furniture and debris visible from common areas, so frustrating!
