Clear Sail Way Haven

The living room boasts of high ceilings with lovely craftsman style beams opening to the very spacious kitchen with a large center island. The chef in the family will delight in the high-end appliances and gourmet accessories including Nespresso AND Keurig Duo coffee makers, a Ninja blender, 7qt programmable crockpot, electric griddle, mixer, baking essentials and plenty of dishes.

The dining table can comfortably seat 8-10 with seating for 4 more at the island.

The outdoor dining table seats another 8 people and is conveniently located off the kitchen along with the 6-burner stainless steel grill with extra-large cooking surface overlooking the lake.

The living room has plenty of seating to relax and unwind while you wait for dinner to be ready or gather to watch a football game or family movie. We also have some puzzles and many games available for you to play including Sequence, Jenga, Uno, Racko, cards, poker chips and dominoes. French doors open up to the great outdoors and the inviting covered deck is furnished with comfort in mind. Enjoy the gas fire table and watch some TV in the swivel rockers or just enjoy the lake view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The outdoor firepit is only a short walk towards the lake and has plenty of seating for making s'mores and making memories.
A lighted pathway leads you to the dock where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, sunbathing, lounging in the hammock chairs or just floating in the water. We provide you with two kayaks, lake tubes, life jackets and swim towels too. There is a short path to our private sandy beach area just off the steps where you can sit and relax or swim back and forth from the dock.

EXTRAS:
Our home has high speed internet (a rarity on the lake) and Direct TV with NFL Ticket! Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV, etc. are available for log in on each TV.

Our family gathering of 11 Adults, one 5 year old, and one 23 month old was a huge success thanks to the lovely accommodations. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to not be crowded. All five bedrooms with king beds had lake views which was perfect for the five adult couples. Our single mom and her 5 year old loved the bunk room which had two bunk beds with the lower bed being full size bed. The huge walk-in closest with one one of the bedrooms was perfect for the Pack and Play and toddler. The covered upper level deck with ceiling fan was our go to gathering space since the weather was in the low 80's during the day and 70's at night. Couples took turns cooking dinners for which the large kitchen was also perfect. There was even a fridge in the garage that we used to keep all our beverages cold. We were really impressed with the practically new dock that had a ladder for easy entry/exit to the water, and the we used the boat slip for our one day boat rental. We were very happy with all of the lake floats and toys along with life preservers that were conveniently stored in room on the lower level. We enjoyed the fire pit on two evenings making Smores' for everyone. Everyone in our group said this was the best house of the last four annual gatherings. Also a shout out to the Property Management Company. The consistently quickly responded to all of my questions.

Football Getaway

Spent 4 days with our family of 12. Kitchen was way more than adequate to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Lake & scenery was way better than snow in Indiana! Went to the Clemson basketball game & football game. Give this house a 10+.

A five star property today the least. We had 11 people fit comfortably into the house. Looked brand new. Location on the lake was great. Not a lot of bait traffic and views were outstanding. Services were great and we had no issues. Great folks to deal with.

Nice, functional new house

We had our family thanksgiving and went the Clemson game. The house is very well stocked especially the kitchen. The layout is spacious and has a lot of space to spread out. The fire pit was hit with the kids making s’mores and telling stories. 2 of the bedrooms do not have a closet, but other than that everything was perfect.
