Boater's Paradise! Wonderful 2BR 2BA condo on the water in West Palm Beach. 2nd floor unit with beautiful breeze and views of the wide, open intracoastal waterway. Heated waterfront pool with bathrooms, BBQ and dock available for daily use. Newly renovated throughout with wood floors, modern kitchen and bathrooms. More upgrades being completed this month (impact windows, window treatments and glass shower door on order). Minutes to downtown West Palm Beach, trendy Northwood, restaurants and beaches. Views of Peanut Island, The Sailing Club with sailing regattas and Rybovich Mega Yacht Marina. (The home is fully furnished plus a fully stocked kitchen.
Furniture is comfortable contemporary. Photos available upon request). Dock available for day use (2 day maximum) - 31 foot vessel maximum. Cleaning fee is for once a month cleaning (a cleaning crew will complete a full cleaning the middle of every month).
