Available from May the first to November the second, 2023(6 months and 2 days).

KEY FEATURES:
historic house build in 1923 and have been fully renovated. The home is furnished with taste and offers a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Off-street parking. 10 minutes from the beach, groceries, shopping centers, airport etc.

CONDITIONS:
Price is $5000 by month. $30000 for the period
At the signature, the tenant must pay: first and last month plus a security deposit equivalent to another month.
We rent to 3 persons maximum.
Non-smokers.
This house is for spotless and quiet person with good reference and credit score.
Dog could be admitting, but NO CAT.
Background check and proof of income will be required.
