THE SPACE

Relax in the fabulous outdoor oasis, that features a large swimming pool with an in-pool lounge area and a beautiful latticed patio with lighting and an outdoor living room and dining table. Grill for your group and enjoy dinner outside under the illuminated latticed patio. Layout on one of the chaise lounges and soak up the rays for your perfect tan. You won't even want to go back inside! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Elevate your vacation rental experience with our exclusive complimentary concierge service. Our bookings include a complimentary concierge who can provide recommendations, order spa services, connect you with a private chef, order fridge stocking prior to your arrival with your favorite things, babysitting and so much more!

Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 dogs, must be under 20lbs each with a $250 fee each. (We steam clean after every dog to ensure our homes stay allergen-free.) Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.

Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.

You are minutes from top Palm Beach attractions such as The Beach, Downtown West Palm and Downtown Palm Beach, The Breakers, Palm Beach International Airport, Palm Beach Zoo, Aquarium, Robust Nightlife, tons of Golf Courses, and so much more! Essentials such as coffee shops, famous restaurants, grocery stores, are minutes away. Enjoy golf cart and bike rentals nearby. Book a yachting day for a special occasion. Go deep sea fishing. You want it, we got it!

Pool Heating Details

- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $125 per night.
- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.
- We generally recommend that the pool be heated from October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat, it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Free early check-in (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time. Late checkout (if available) can be accommodated with an extra fee.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
-A rental contract will be emailed for electronic signature before check-in.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID that match the name on the reservation to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

Age minimum 21.

If we need to call the police to the home for any reason during your stay, you will be asked to leave without refund. Outside guests who are not included in the reservation, smoking and the like are all terms for immediate removal from the home without refund. Communication with our team and is key to ensuring an enjoyable and smooth stay.

Rest easy with WAIVO INSURANCE

Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let's face it... kids make messes and accidents happen. So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee of $129. You will see this amount added to the reservation.

Thank you for following our house rules:

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
