Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large fully stocked kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with 40" TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The 3rd bedroom/den has a large TV, desk, daybed and pull out twin-trundle.

There are a lot of great spaces in this home that you can enjoy! From the living area, there is a door that leads to the backyard. Boasting a brand new oversized heated saltwater swimming pool & spa with water feature surrounded by a fenced in backyard worthy of a magazine spread.

This home is equipped with a variety of entertainment options to enhance your stay. It includes a Pool Float/Funboy, along with an electric pump for easy inflation, perfect for lounging by the pool. For gaming enthusiasts, an Xbox is provided, complete with one controller and the exciting Madden College Football game. If you're in the mood for some classic fun, a range of board games is also available for all ages. Additionally, there's a movable party speaker, designed for outdoor or beach use, allowing you to enjoy music wherever you go.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 100 Mbps, a two beach chairs, and driveway + on street parking are all provided during your stay!
