Four bedrooms, a heated saltwater pool, and five minutes to downtown West Palm Beach.

The pool is why people book and why they come back. It's 28x14, heated year round, salt water instead of chlorine, with sun on the deck most of the day. Two umbrellas, loungers, and enough room that eight people aren't stepping over each other.

Inside: two kings, two queens, and a queen sleeper sofa, so a group of eight gets real beds instead of a rotation. Full kitchen you can actually cook in. Two bathrooms. Fast wifi.

You're on a quiet residential street in Roosevelt Estates, walking distance to Antique Row and minutes from Clematis Street, the Norton Museum, and the Brightline station. Palm Beach island and the beach are 12 to 15 minutes. PBI is close enough that you're not building your day around the drive.

Dogs welcome. Two car garage plus room for three more in the driveway. I'm local and I answer fast.

The property has a Ring doorbell camera, a camera looking at the garage's exterior, a camera looking at the side gate entrance, and a camera overlooking the pool/bbq area. Cameras are used for the safety of guests and in cases of emergency. Recordings are deleted every 30 days. Only host has access to recordings.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. We had an amazing stay at Stephan’s place. It was a great location, the pool was heated perfectly, and there was plenty of room! The beds were comfy, there was a closet in every room which was nice to be able to put the luggage in to tidy up. We would definitely come back!
