Living Area: Featuring a welcoming setup with comfortable seating, perfect for winding down, streaming your favorite shows, or planning tomorrow's itinerary.



Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped, sleek kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and ample counter space. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or whipping up a full meal, you'll find everything you need.



Outdoor Living: The standout feature of the home is the expansive, covered wooden deck. Complete with a private hot tub, it's the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning coffee or star-gaze in the evenings.



Layout: The home features a unique, multi-level layout connected by a beautiful hardwood staircase, giving the entire property an airy yet distinct feel.

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

Guest Bedroom: 1 Full Bed

Guest Bedroom: 2 Single Beds. This bedroom is only accessible through the other guest bedroom.

Kitchen fully stocked.



Please note the entire apartment is on the second floor of the building and requires climbing a flight of stairs to enter.



The driveway is shared with the property next door, but the two properties are separate.



Guest Access:

Conveniently located right off US-71 in West Fork, you get the best of both worlds: a quieter, more relaxed setting that doesn't sacrifice proximity.



~10-15 Minutes: University of Arkansas campus.



~10-15 Minutes: Downtown Fayetteville & Dickson Street (local dining, nightlife, and shopping).



Easy Access: Perfectly situated for quick trips up into Fayetteville or heading south to explore the scenic trails of Devil's Den State Park.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - No pets allowed.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 23 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
