Sebastian's is in a perfect location on the beach on the west side. The service received at check in, check out and the restaurant was fantastic. The hotel itself, in the garden area, was a little run down and the toiletries provided lacking. However, they provided adequate tea and coffee choices.
The staff were friendly and courteous. The location is right on the beach.

Our balcony and room allowed us to hear the wonderful rolling waves so close beneath. The beach directly in front is rocky but beloved by surfers. There are a number of nearby sandy beaches to drive to. We had a great week here.
There’s a street crossing through the hotel. Could hear cars pass at night. No hot water in shower.
The property area is relatively remote on the island
apparently the time of year the tide ig's high and the sea rough. there was no beach water was right up to the rocks. there was no TV in my room, I heard that they were in there process of changing the TV s and had not gotten to the garden rooms as yet. the property is far from town so if you want to go into town often, rent a car. Overall not a bad place if you just wanted to lay on a lounger on the sun. There's no pool.

Wonderful location on a lovely beach with a great restaurant on site. We had a top floor corner room with a balcony overlooking the beach which has seen significant repair/remodeling since hurricane Irma. King size bed, clean, well appointed bathroom. A/C and fan.
Excellent hotel, with peaceful and beautiful setting. Kudos to all staff for post-hurricane opening. Much work, much success. Room was exceptional...light, airy, clean, exceptional view of ocean and sky, and comfort level was great. Staff is still working on post-hurricane obstacles...debris removal, tv access, additional rooms to rennovate, etc. All is very wonderful for guests: rooms with sea-view/great beach; great food; helpful staff. Wishing staff well. It has been a tough 10 months to re-group for tourists and locals. Locals are doing an amazing job of getting Tortola back, for locals and tourists. Huge challenge, being met with huge effort and successful effort. Any tourist inconvenience is minimal, considering what locals have to deal with. Thank you, James/Wanda and staff for all your work and hospitality

Right on the beach. Friendly staff, room was clean a little outdated. No radio or clock in the room. Power went out one day and did not come back on for hours. Overall, had a nice time however. Restaurant /bar on site, close to the bus stop to get to roadtown, walling distance to long Beach or smugglers cove.

Thank you for your review, our economy tropical garden rooms do not have TV's but all other room categories do have TV's. We presently are missing the sand in front of the restaurant, this happens occasionally due to adverse weather events, in this instance large swells caused by hurricane Pablo. Car rental is a good idea in the Virgin Islands if you wish to travel around and take in the scenery.
