VISIÓN GENERAL

Esta hermosa casa nueva frente al mar en el lado norte preferido de Caimán Brac ofrece hermosas vistas del atardecer y acceso a los mejores sitios de buceo y esnórquel cerca de la isla. Construido a medida en 2016, la casa cuenta con un dormitorio queen y baño con ducha / bañera, una cocina totalmente equipada y una encantadora combinación de comedor y sala de estar. La casa está decorada con vívidas fotografías en color tomadas alrededor de Caimán Brac por el reconocido fotógrafo subacuático Bill Goodwin. Con hermosos pisos de mosaico, molduras de techo, encimeras de cuarzo, aire acondicionado central y lavadora y secadora grandes, esta casa cuenta con excelentes comodidades, que incluyen Internet de alta velocidad, nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y el dormitorio, y una ducha exterior separada . Nuestra televisión presenta suscripciones a Netflix, Amazon Prime y una suscripción de transmisión de TV con paquetes de deportes y noticias ampliados.

El porche cubierto junto al mar es el lugar perfecto para tomar una margarita o una copa de vino y ver el atardecer. En poco tiempo, olvidará el estrés de la vida en su hogar y adoptará el estilo de vida fácil y relajado de "isla" de Caimán Brac. Las hamacas gemelas se balancean en la suave brisa del mar bajo la sombra de la estructura elevada de la casa, que también ofrece estacionamiento cubierto para un vehículo, y nuestra casa viene con bicicletas "suyas" y "suyas" para explorar el área.

Nuestra casa de playa en la isla es la escapada romántica perfecta para una pareja. Se encuentra al final de un camino cerca de solo otras dos casas de playa: una excelente ubicación para la tranquilidad y la relajación. La casa está ubicada en Stake Bay, a poca distancia en coche de buenos restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles. Si decide traer otra pareja o los niños, la casa tendrá capacidad para dos personas adicionales que duermen en un cómodo colchón de espuma tamaño queen de ocho pulgadas de grosor que puede instalarse en la sala de estar.

ACERCA DE CAYMAN BRAC

Cayman Brac se encuentra a unas 90 millas al este de Gran Caimán (un viaje en avión de 30 minutos) y a cinco millas al este de Pequeño Caimán. La isla tiene aproximadamente 12 millas de largo con un ancho promedio de poco más de una milla. Llamado así por su escarpado acantilado, que se eleva a lo largo de la isla hasta una altura de 141 pies (Brac es un nombre gaélico para Bluff), The Brac alberga a unos 1.800 residentes permanentes. Un destino de buceo y esnórquel de clase mundial, esta isla fuera de lo común también cuenta con varias cuevas, escalada, senderismo y una reserva de loros salvajes. Better even then expected

This home is in a great location right on the beach with great sunsets visible even from inside the house. If you stay on Cayman Brac, this is the perfect place. The house is super clean, really nicely setup, and Internet worked flawlessly. It is not swimmable in front of the house though. You'll need a car to get around the island, but there are multiple rental options. Just get a small car like a Honda Fit or similar. Gas is expensive, and all the roads are paved and smooth, so you don't need an SUV or Jeep. If you are planning to eat at restaurants, check in with them ahead of time to see days/times that they are open, and what their specials are that week. Best to plan your meals around that days' options. Friday BBQ at the Reef resort was awesome, and Island Star restaurant was a great go to, especially for breakfast. We also went to the Soleil D'Or on Wednesday night (I think this is the only night they are open). It was a very nice elegant place, with great food, although a bit expensive. Diving is huge on the island, but we are more snorkelers and hikers, which had plenty of options too. Swimming/snorkeling at the public beach, or just east of the Reef resort are good options. Exchange USD ahead of time or at the Cayman Bank by the airport for CID. All places take USD, but have varying exchange rates (they round cost up a LOT). Overall, it was a great relaxing vacation on the island.

Great Stay on the Brac

First time to Cayman Brac and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as the listing. Well stocked with everything you need and more. Shore entry in front was difficult, we did not try it with scuba gear, but did swim and snorkel. We did shore dives on the rest of the island and it was great. Hanging out on the hammocks and balcony, feet from the water was amazing.

Oceanfront Paradise

House is private and is within feet of the ocean. Balcony offers spectacular views of ocean and sunsets. Entry into the ocean from the property is tricky but doable. AC works great. The house is centrally located so getting to other parts of the island is about the same whichever way you go. Great place for a getaway.

Quiet Retreat

We look for lodgings that are clean, affordable, allow us to provide our own meals as desired, in a somewhat remote or uncrowded location, with a view that brings a smile during our early morning coffees. Stan’s unit met all our expectations and more. We enjoyed our stay in his home during our dive vacation at the Brac. Due to the stairs access to this unit, not recommended to handicapped or mobility limited individuals.

Wonderful

I was a bit worried at first about the signs that said, "Shoreline access only, no swimming" but there is nice snorkeling right in front of the house, slightly to the left. You absolutely must have water shoes or flippers that cover your entire foot. Radar Reef is also very close and great snorkeling there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it looks even better in person than in the pics. The fan on the porch is great and it's just beautiful there as well as being very quiet and peaceful. Hope to get to come back one day. Thank you for an awesome place to stay!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Very comfortable and clean home. Very quiet area and centrally located. Marcia met us at the airport and showed us to the home. It also has a very well stocked kitchen which was appreciated. It is right on the ocean so the view from the deck is fantastic. Can't get much better than this place.

Amazing location!!

Very comfortable home away from home. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony or hammocks. All the amenities needed for our 3 week visit. Stan was great to communicate with about anything. The property managers Marcia and Paul were amazing! Very convenient to all island activities and stores. Snorkeling and diving right off shore!!! We’ve stayed at 3 different places in our 5 visits to Brac. Definitely hope to stay at Razor Brac Sea Esta again!!

Razor Brac is perfect!

The house is absolutely perfect for a couple who is looking to spend some time together off of the grid. We were traveling kid-free for the first time (leaving 5 young kids at home), and this was truly the perfect relaxing house for us. First we were greeted by the hosts (Paul and Marcia) who escorted us from the airport to the house. The house itself is located right on the beach, with a beautiful, private ocean view. We sat outside every morning with our coffee and just listened to the ocean and enjoyed the breeze. The house itself has everything you need, including a washer/dryer, snorkel gear, beach chairs, bikes, and more. During the day, we were able to use the bikes to bike around the island (we would definitely still recommend a rental car). Every night we were able to enjoy a cocktail from our own backyard and with a beautiful and direct view of the sunset (we just took a couple beach chairs down to the beach in the backyard to watch). The only downside to the house is that the water on the north side of the island was a bit rough and is very rocky so despite the oceanfront, we did not attempt to swim right off the house. Thanks Stan and Rita, you’ve got a great place and we hope we can come back again in the future!

It's perfect!

The pictures are accurate, RazorBrac is a fantastic well-kept place right at the water's edge. Cayman Brac is so small and quiet. Snorkeling, diving, cycling and hiking are minutes away. We have already booked 2 weeks here in November...

Brac Vacation

It’s always a pleasure to stay at RazorBrac “sea esta” - our second time. Well appointed home with beautiful views. The house is amazingly positioned so that the deck is in the shade most of the day. Second Stay even better

This was our second trip to Cayman Brac and our second stay at Stan and Rita's property. I usually like to try different locations but I am glad we did not. The house is clean and nicely equipped. You cannot beat sitting on the second floor covered balcony. Throughout most of the day, it is shaded until just before sunset. The sunset view is fantastic. You can also go to the very west end of the island to watch the sunset but there really is no need. The house is quiet and relatively close to grocery stores, the West End and the best snorkeling spots on the island (in my opinion).

Great week at razor brac

There is so much good about razor brac! We had so much fun...it is quiet and private. It is clean and new and lovely. Head straight off the shore and you will see amazing things...I only snokeled in front of the house but I almost always saw squid,and a huge spotted eagle ray and some yellow stingrays and numerous other fishes...the diving in brac is almost always wonderful. Brac is definitely a place to go and get away from the resorts and razor brac is the perfect place for a couple. Gorgeous sunsets and night stars! The main downfall was that there was very little water pressure and not much hot water(which isn’t too bad in a beautiful tropical climate!). I forgot to mention the great outdoor showers!! And the hammocks were delightful!
