Staff were super friendly. Rooms clean. Bathroom Clean. Great location. No food just coffee and tea for breakfast. The noise was a problem. I was near the commons area on the ground floor 7:30 - 8 am Saturday morning and some of the guests had gathered to have breakfast and woke me up as they were were very loud. It went on until 10 am. They were literally shouting. No respect for other guests at all. I also heard a small dog barking too. At night I could hear the guests above me walking around in their room and it kept me up as well. They kept stomping around. I thought about asking for another room but figured they were fully booked so there would be no use. If you're an early riser and not someone who wants to "sleep in" then this place is for you. If you're a light sleeper or have to have a fan when you sleep like me then don't stay here. Also the parking is not that good. Not enough spaces.

We loved our stay in Deerfield Valley Inn. One of the best inns in Southern Vermont that we stayed in. The room was spacious, cozy, clean and elegantly decorated with a fireplace. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The inn was right in the middle of the town so everything was walking distance. Definitely going back and highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful 1-night stay at the Deerfield Valley Inn. My room was charming, and comfortable. And the inn keeper was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Such a peaceful place! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Oz was a wonderful host. He was attentive and a delight to chat with. The room was very nice and we slept well. The shower is tiny, but this was not an inconvenience. We did have a bit of a problem with dining in the area. So many restaurants are closed on days during the week. We were told this is because right now there isn't enough business for them to be open because this area is really built around the skiing season. We enjoyed ourselves. Thanks, Oz!

This is such a charming, historic New England bed and breakfast. The quintessential Vermont experience right in the heart of the quaint village of West Dover. The Innkeeper knows all the people & places around. Homemade breakfast options are delicious, I had the local blueerry waffles. The Blueberry Festival parade passed right in front of the inn. I drank the Inn's coffee in the morning outside on their lawn, on one of the oversized stone seats around the firepit. There are books on the shelves and games in the living room. The Inn is in a perfect location, walking distance - with sidewalks - to multiple restaurants. And just 10 minutes to the town of Wilmington and the GORGEOUS water at Harriman Reservoir or Lake Raponda. There's 2 golf courses a few minutes away. And 2 ski mountains too! This place is super quiet, but close to whatever you might need. The Inn is filled with cozy furnishings, antiques, fireplaces, etc. Lovely lovely, so New England, so Vermont.

We stayed off season so things in the area were sort of quiet. It is a very old facility. The room was small but clean. It was a solid room for a fair price. The gentlemen who was running the facility was very nice.
