Offering views of the Bass River from the living room, kitchen, and back deck, this renovated West Dennis home makes a classic Cape Cod getaway. With a public dock at the end of the road (less than a quarter-mile), this is a place for days spent boating, clamming, and fishing for striped bass.

This two-story house is a delight for beach-goers, with Aunt Julia Ann's Beach - a small, quiet neighborhood beach with a shallow area that's great for kids - within an easy stroll. The bigger West Dennis Beach, offering bathrooms, swings, and opportunities for oystering, is less than a two-mile drive or bike ride.

No matter how you spend your days, you'll enjoy coming home to your own outdoor shower to rinse off the lingering sand, a gas grill for afternoon barbecues, and a lawn where you can play with the provided croquet, mini-golf, cornhole, and two lacrosse sets.

The house was thoughtfully renovated in 2018, with new heat and air conditioning added that year and a new roof following in 2021. Everything feels open, spacious, and polished, from the eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances to the living room with a smart TV and sliding doors that connect to the deck. When it's time to turn in for the evening, choose between two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The house is walking distance to a public dock at the end of the road (a great area for fishing, boating, and clamming).

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
