Cozy apartment directly in ground floor in our central but quiet historic timbered house next to the oldest church in Wernigerode with room for max. 3 adults. The combined living room and bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a new furniture as a visual highlight and a painted cabinet from the 18th Century. The double bed has the size 2.00 meters x 1.40 meters, the sofa bed size 2.00 meters x 0.90 meters. The windows facing the street can be additionally closed with shutters that can be operated from the inside. The kitchen is also newly furnished and offers in addition to a complete kitchen equipment with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer many other useful details. In the modern bathroom with shower, toilet, mirror cabinet and hair dryer is also a washing machine available.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Ein ruhiges Plätzchen in der Stadt

Mein Mann und ich haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Wernigerode verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Obwohl man schnell im Kern der Stadt ist, liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. Wir würden jederzeit für ein Wochenende wiederkommen.

Herr Städtler hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, sehr sauber und liegt perfekt in der Stadt. Wir waren vom 12.-19.10.2019 dort und empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Prima Wohnung in prima Lage

Solide Ferienwohnung. Hier hat jemand, der sein Handwerk versteht, alles neu eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert - von der Dusche über die Fensterläden (!) bis hin zum Fernseher. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns genial. Nur einige hundert Meter bis zum Bahnhof und einige hundert Meter zur Touristenmeile "Breite Straße". Die Wohnung ist groß genug, praktisch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Einzig für geräuschempfindliche Langschläfer gibt es einen Mangel: Nachts ist es völlig ruhig, aber ab 7:00 hört man die Glockenschläge der Johanniskirche gleich neben der Wohnung und hin und wieder ein Auto. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Kurzurkaub beginnen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und es waren alle alltagsnötigsten Dinge vorhanden. Wernigerode ist eine kleine, niedliche Stadt. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Rostock!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die alles hat was man braucht

Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich begeistert! Zu Beginn hab es sogar eine kleine Einführung, in der wir alles wichtige rund um die Ferienwohnung erfuhren und sogar den einen oder anderen Tipp bekamen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lädt einen richtig ein, mit einem Kaffee in riesigen Tassen den Morgen zu beginnen. Zudem ist von hier aus alles schnell zu erreichen, was super ist für einen Kurzurlaub, wie wir ihn hier in Wernigerode hatten! Insgesamt waren wir wunschlos glücklich und können diese niedliche Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen! Gerne kommen wir Mal wieder!

Schöne Wohnung nahe der Innenstadt. Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof (auch Brockenbahn) können bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die kostenfreien Parkplätze etwas entfernt von der Wohnung.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit vielen kleinen Details. Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich. Nur das Doppelbett ist für zwei Erwachsene, wie wir es waren, zu schmal. Aber es gibt ein Ausweichbett, so dass deshalb kein Problem besteht. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen in dieser wunderschönen Puppenstadt.
