Comfortable well located cottage for exploring Harz National park

Pretty cottage well located for town of Wernigerode and supermarkets. Private outdoor space and super bathroom with bath and shower.

Leider viel Pech mit dem Wetter gehabt. In der unterkunft ist bei Regen nicht viel möglich. Hätte mir einen Schirm oder eine markise für die kleine Terasse gewünscht. W-lan/Tv nach 2 tagen auch ausgefallen

Schön, mit kleinen Mankos

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und ich würde wieder zurückkommen, oder es anderen empfehlen. Es waren jedoch überall so Kleinigkeiten, die nicht sein müssten. Es soll nicht ultra penibel klingen, und es hat uns auch nicht die Stimmung verhagelt, aber trotzdem wollte ich es erwähnen: Bei der Grundreinigung sollte sich auch mal die Decke angeguckt und die Spinnenweben entfernt werden. Außerdem wäre es angeraten mal die Fenster zu putzen, auch außen. (Ich persönlich würde mir auch Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wünschen, aber den Wunsch habe ich bei allen fremden Unterkünften). Das Licht am Badspiegel hat einen Wackelkontakt, mal funktioniert es und dann wieder nicht. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es zwar einen kleinen Wandschrank, allerdings fehlen sonst Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Ein kleines Regal, oder ein Stummer Diener wäre ideal und würden auch bei den Platzverhältnissen noch passen. In der Küche müssen die Schranktüren mal ein wenig zurechtgerückt werden. Entweder knarzen sie bei jeder Bewegung oder sie hängen schief in der Aufhängung. Ein neuer oder sauberer Wasserkocher wäre schön. Das größte Manko waren die fehlenden Deckel bei den Töpfen. Das fand ich besonders ärgerlich, weil es wirklich nicht sein muss. Ich weiß, dass sind jetzt alles nur negative Punkte und es sind für sich genommen nur Kleinigkeiten, aber wenn die behoben wären, dann ist es ein rundum ideales Ferienhäuschen für aktive Menschen, die auch eine enge Treppe erklimmen können.

Gemütliches kleines Haus zentral gelegen

Das kleine Haus ist gemütlich im Wohnzimmerbereich eingerichtet.. Küche ist quasi direkt an der Haustür. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil und die Schritte genau abzuwägen. Das Badezimmer ist gut mit viel Stauraum, der im Schlafzimmer fehlte. Die Bettbezüge waren für die Jahreszeit (Winter) viel zu dünn, wir waren froh, noch eine Decke dabeigehabt zu haben. Die Heizungen insgesamt waren gut und wärmten die Räume schnell auf. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt 😀

Ein schönes Ferienhäuschen. Treppe gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenig Handtücher für Aufenthaltsdauer.

Wer es ruhig mag und keine körperlichen Einschränkungen hat, ist hier gut untergebracht, sollte allerdings für sein Wohlbefinden selber noch Handtücher mitbringen. Gute Anbindung an der ÖPNV.

Ferienhaus Holtemme Wernigerode

Das Ferienhaus war so, wie es in der Beschreibung war. Bei der Ankunft mußten wir noch eine halbe Stunde warten, bis der Fußboden trocken war. Über dem Küchentisch leuchtete nur ein Leuchtmittel. Vorhanden waren 4. Die Türklinke zum Bad hatte meine Frau in der Hand. Die Schraube war locker. Habe es selbst repariert. Viele Spinnweben hingen von der Decke herab. Wurden von meiner Frau beseitigt. Die Klobrille hatte abgeplatzte Farbstellen. Würde ich meinen Gästen nicht vorsetzen!! Die Parksituation ist in unseren Augen eine einzige Zumutung. Leider war auch kein Scheuertuch geschweige ein Eimer vorhanden. Es kann ja schließlich vorkommen, das man etwas verschüttet. Vieleicht könnte man hier Abhilfe schaffen. Ansonsten kann man sich in dem Haus wohlfühlen, was wir dann auch getan haben. Es sollte keine große Kritik sein aber wir möchten nur auf die uns aufgefallenen Mängel hinweisen. Das Umfeld war sehr romantisch !!! mit freundlichen Grüßen Barbara und Helmuth Zengerling
