Die FeWo ist wirklich gut. Aber es mangelt an klarer Kommunikation und an Gastlichkeit, es ist einfach nur ein rechtlich abgesicherter Deal mit viel Kleingedrucktem. Kein Hinweis, wie das Einchecken nach 19 h geht, keine Beschilderung der Wohnung (man probiert also den Schlüssel an allen Türen, bis man die richtige hat), keine Bettwäsche vorhanden (muss man nämlich extra mieten), Klopapier und Spülmittel ist abgezählt. Nichts für mich. Ich komme selber aus einem FeWo-Gebiet (Allgäu), ich weiß dass es auch anders geht.

Eigentlich eine tolle Unterkuft

Die Unterkunft ist gut, allerdings war die Beschreibung nicht ganz korrekt, z.B. fehlte die Mikrowelle, die es laut Beschreibung gibt. In der Wohnung sind ein paar Details nicht so gut, wie z.B. der Duschverschlag einen zu schmalen Durchgang hat oder die Kante über der Treppe recht tief hängt und keine Warnmarkierung angebracht ist. Mückenschutz zumindest an den normalen Fenstern im Wohnzimmer wären angebracht. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Argentur / fewo-direkt schwierig, da nach der Buchungsbestätigung keine Emails mehr kamen.
