Good space with lots of room to host large family. Very generous pet policy. Entrance key pad was not visible from the street. That may have been intentional, but it was a little unsettling to arrive and not know if we were approaching an occupied home. The two basement bedrooms do not have air conditioning vents, so no air circulation when the doors are closed. Thermostat seemed to be controlled by property manager and had to make contact to get thermostat to stay at comfortable temperature. Property was clean, but possible mold in the dining area, algae in the pool skimmer and unusual amount of flies and ants on the pool deck. Communication with the host was odd. Definitely felt like I was communicating with 2 different people, and it didn’t feel like they were communicating with each other. Different responses to inquiries regarding cancellation policy and early check in. Could also be AI generated responses. We were very leery of our booking as a result. Overall good family gathering spot. Would consider renting again if wanting pool and pet accommodation.
