We like the location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean. Excellent restaurant onsite.
The hotel is in a great location and is a short 5-10 minute walk to the Echo Point Lookout with a great view of the Three Sisters. There are several restaurants in the area, as well as within the resort itself. We were there on a Monday, so the area was relatively quiet. The hotel itself was nicely decorated in older, traditional styles. I’m not sure what makes it a 5-star hotel versus other properties nearby though. It seemed like a pretty standard 4-star hotel to us, though we didn’t take advantage of the spa treatments.
