Einfache Wohnung in durchschnittlichem Erhaltungszustand. Wenig Gemütlichkeit durch einfachste Ausstattung. Garten und Gartenmöbel wenig gepflegt und nicht komfortabel. Anmietung und Übernahme hat sehr gut geklappt. Vermietgesellschaft können wir empfehlen.
