Apartment Sylter Traum - House Horsatal

This apartment is located in a small, cozy residential area in Horsatal 19 in Wenningstedt on Sylt in the immediate vicinity of the beach and quiet location. All shops are nearby. Also the nationally known fish restaurant "Gosch" is not far away.

 

The property is spread over the EC and UG. The ground floor is the beautiful, light-flooded living room with adjoining modern kitchenette. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.   The two bedrooms are located in the basement. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed.  In the "half room" is a cozy futon bed. In the basement there is also the bathroom with shower.

 On the terrace, which faces south, there is a cozy lounge corner, as well as a high quality beach chair available. 
The apartment features a kitchenette and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.
